Very satisfied customer for may years
I have had 4 domains with EuroDNS for longer than I can remember. Excellent prices and, when I've needed support, it's been fantastic. I have just needed to set up a URL forwarding for an existing website to a new one. It was made more complicated because both were HTTPS (it's much simpler from HTTP to HTTPS).
Romuald was very helpful. All steps well explained and with links to the relevant help pages.

eurodns is friggin shit! i waste my friggin money into them all the domains i got from them refusing to update nameservers! classic.. only friggin chinese domains are trustworthy nowadays! this is how far are we fallen idiotic disgrace!

Fast DNS and reliable
Remove one star for two reasons:
1-There is no online chat operator and you may ask for assistance only trough the email or direct call.
2-When you transfer the domain they are not moving DNS zones and you need to make the setting by yourself.
I see DNS updates are very fast and reliable, I'm happy with their service.

The billing is a disaster
The billing is a disaster. The platform randomly created 10 different billing profiles, only one of which did not have the VAT number, and took that as the billing information.
When I emailed asking them to add the VAT number, they refused unless we pay 15€ for the "change".
Terrible customer service!

Got robbed
I had been a satisfied user of EuroDNS services until a recent incident involving the registration of a domain name that was mistakenly flagged—apparently based on an AI-generated report—as potentially fraudulent.
Without any prior consultation or proper communication, EuroDNS took unilateral action and permanently closed my account, rendering all my domain names inaccessible and unmanageable. While swift action may be justified in cases involving criminal activity, it is equally important to reassess the situation once additional context or clarification is provided.
Despite my clear explanation that the domain was not being used fraudulently in any way, EuroDNS has shown no willingness to reconsider their position. Furthermore, they have refused to transfer my domains to another registrar, effectively seizing control of assets that rightfully belong to me.
Based on these experiences, I can only strongly advise others to stay well clear of this company.
Edited on 7th May 2025: Although EuroDNS stated they would investigate the matter, they simply closed the case after their Trustpilot reply without providing any comments. The account remains suspended.
Edited on 12th May 2025: I was only able to transfer my previous domain names to another provider after directly contacting the company's COO. They still have not acknowledged any wrongdoing, and offered neither an apology nor a refund throughout the process. I strongly urge fellow customers to be extremely cautious.
Edited on May 12th (again): I think it says a lot about a company when, instead of offering an apology, it chooses to publicly share a customer’s private and detailed information.

Slow and difficult auth code release
EuroDNS is known for its restrictive auth code (EPP code) release policy, where they:
• Delay releasing the auth code for 5 days after the request (likely as a "security measure").
• Invalidate the code after ~14 days without warning, forcing users to request it again if the transfer isn’t initiated in time.
This can be frustrating, especially if you’re trying to transfer your domain quickly. Here’s how to work around EuroDNS’s policy:
How to Successfully Transfer Out of EuroDNS
1. Request the Auth Code Early
• Go to EuroDNS Dashboard → Domain → Transfer Out → Request Auth Code.
• Note the exact time/date of your request (the 5-day timer starts then).
• EuroDNS will email the code only after 5 days.
2. Initiate the Transfer Immediately After Receiving It
• Once you get the code, start the transfer at your new registrar within 24–48 hours (EuroDNS may invalidate it after ~14 days).

After trying several DNS services in the US and Europe, I found EuroDNS, their price and proximity to where I lived made them very attractive to me.
The zone management and DDNS section has been simple to use compared to others and customer support has always been there.
I have now been a customer for over 6 years, I'm very happy and I recommend.

Unprofessional Service – Domains Suspended Without Justification
Extremely disappointed with EuroDNS. They suspended my domains without any clear reason or valid explanation, even though I have never used them for anything illegal or against their policies. I reached out to support multiple times, but their responses were vague and unhelpful.
What’s worse is that they blocked me from transferring my domains, which feels like they’re holding them hostage. I paid for these services and expected a professional level of support and transparency — unfortunately, I received neither.
I strongly do not recommend EuroDNS if you value your online business and domain ownership. There are much more trustworthy and responsive registrars out there.

Unbelievable
Unbelievable! Despite EuroDNS having some of the highest rates in the market, they outright stole all seven of my domains that I transferred to them just a few weeks ago. They changed the nameservers without my consent and are now refusing to refund me. This is absolutely unacceptable—what a terrible company!"

The money was debited from our account but did not reach EuroDNS. It could not be determined whether the error was on EuroDNS's side or with the payment service provider. We then made a second payment.
