Good service. They do not increase renewal prices and respect privacy. Before choosing this company, I tried to subscribe to the product with two French registrars that required scanned copies of identification documents, which seems illegal to me and should not be shared on the web. EuroDNS takes a completely different approach, respecting privacy, avoiding abuses, and not exposing customers to potential identity theft in case identification documents leak online.

Lösungsorientierter, sehr guter Support. Man hat sehr oft den gleichen Ansprechpartner und verliert sich nicht in irgendwelchen Call Centren. Wirklich empfehlenswert!

I took out a hosting package...but I bought a domain on another registrar.

I got the nameservers but it was impossible to figure out how then to connect this external domain to my hosting account.

Contacted support and they didn't reply to my email within 48 hours during working days...nearly all other web hosting companies have live support or respond quickly.

Pretty useless.

On the whole it has been very good. You can cut and slice the service according to your needs and the support is always there but of course engages less if you are on a shared server and not paying much. Ideal if you are based in Lux and need the multi-lingual support.

Nearly unlimited choice in domain names and mostly not too pricey.
Their website is difficult to navigate but the helpdesk is great and fast responding.
Been using their services for the past 10 years and apart from the complicated website I'm very satisfied.

I was assisted swiftly, kindly and decisively by support-coworker Ken. I rarely require support at EuroDNS but when I need it I can count on being helped with my problem in a professional and efficient manner.

15€ Kosten für eine Namensänderung!
Ich bin seit vielen Jahren Kunde und wollte den Namen auf der heutigen Rechnung ändern lassen da sich die Firmierung geändert hat in der Zwischenzeit. Das ist totaler Wucher und in 40 Jahren Geschäftsleben musste ich noch nie einen Cent bezahlen für eine Namensänderung und unsere Kunden auch nicht.

Nach der heutigen Antwort vor EuroDNS vom 01.10.2024 hier noch ein Kommentar dazu.

Ich hatte ja schon erwähnt das ich nach der Fertigstellung der Rechnung bemerkt hatte das eine einzige Zeile nicht korrekt ausgefüllt war. Und da steht nun mein Name, auf den früher die Firma lief, anstatt des neuen Firmennamens, alles andere inkl. der neuen VAT Nummer und Adresse war von mir schon richtig vorher geändert worden. Ich hatte auch den neuen Firmennamen eingetragen, aber anscheinend wurde er vom System nicht gespeichert, das kann passieren, ist ja nicht schlimm.
Und nun soll ich für das Austauschen meines Namens (9 Buchstaben) durch den neuen Firmennamen (15 Buchstaben), an genau dieser Stelle im Formular 15€ bezahlen!!!
EuroDNS würde also von mir 1€ pro Buchstaben den sie tippen müssten nehmen!
