Avoid! Terrible service and rude staff. It took near two hours for the driver to turn up to collect my car despite we have been told the driver would arrive in 10-15 minutes a few times. We had to pay £20 for car parking and was promised we would get it back on returning but we never did. Our complaint email and call were ignored. On returning we waited about one and half hour although we called them as soon as we collected our luggage. Avoid this company if you don’t want the stress before you catch an international flight.

Some parts were smooth, others not so much. Booking was easy, but return process felt slow and slightly confusing.

When we dropped off the car we had to wait 1 1/2 hours for them to come and collect it although we had phoned in advance.
On return it took over 3 hours for them to deliver the car back, saying there was a lot of traffic and then after 1 hour it had a flat battery and not answering the phone after several calls. They never phoned us back or kept us updated. It eventually arrived filthy dirty with the driver blaming us that he went to terminal 5 and had to pay for parking when our receipt showed terminal 3. The service was extremely poor and would not advise anyone to book with them.

Drop-off was quick and easy, but pickup took some time. Not a terrible experience, just a bit inconvenient after a long trip.

They collecy my car with very bad serivce. When you call him for location he dont answer only after 50 time try calling him. Wjen he answer they dont speak english shouting at me very rude arguing with me for no reason. When they collect my car they dont tell you where they park it. I come early to pick up my car they make me to pay £40 fee for collecting car early. When i recive my car i recive it dirty, scratch, dirty inside and damage seat. When i ask them why is this they told me is my own responsbility for this, when i call to make complain or send email nobody answer. So i involve police with this isssue. Is scam scam scam scam scam company and dogey company. When they park you car they use it for other bussiness, i recive my car with high milieage.

Received my car back 1h late with deep scratch across whole car! No claim form was provided, no answers, just told us to send email that was never replied..

Easy booking and simple drop-off process. The overall system feels efficient and practical.

Overall a good experience with a straightforward system. Everything was handled in an organized way.

I am struggling to give this company even a one star. They kept me waiting for an hour and a half upon arrival. They kept lying. They swore. They have illegal drivers who don’t posses a driving licence. The driver gave me a wrong ticket to exit and that took another 20 minutes for him to return. The swearing on the the phone was disgusting and the car was returned in a filthy state. DO NOT TRUST

Booking process was simple and easy to manage. Drop-off went smoothly without any confusion.

Service is acceptable overall. Pickup was done on time but waiting during return could be improved.

After returning from holiday my car was all scratched down the one side!! Also you could see where they had tried to polish the scratch out, couldn’t be bothered to wash it off!!
They accepted it had been damaged in their care but would not pay for damage, they only offered to do a bodge job!! This was after months of very bad communication between owner and ourselves! My advice would be……do not use this company if you want your car to be cared for correctly!!!

This company damaged my car while it was with them and after months of wrangling with them still had no joy ,so we will end up in small claims court now ,so my advice to you is find a company who looks after your vehicle ,DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ,,,,,,

Do not use this service. Their website makes them seem legit but they absolutely not. I received a parking ticket while my car was in their care and it has been nearly a month of chasing them to pay it. I am now receiving letters from the ticket office saying my payment overdue.

I have spoken to staff multiple times, each time assuring they would sort it and then nothing gets resolved. I'm told I cannot speak to the supervisor who they say needs to sort it. At one point I was on speaker phone and the persons passenger was clearly laughing about the situation in the background. When confronted they hung up on me.

To add insult to injury- I called from the airport at 6am to have my car delivered. I called back at 6:30 and they said they were on route but in traffic. At 7, I called again- same thing. They finally arrived at nearly 8am. BUT the time on the ticket, shows my car leaving A PUB. at 7:06. So not only have they been horribly irresponsible with my car, rude to me on multiple occasions, provided appalling customer service- but they've also outright lied to me about being on route.

My experience with ExpressParking was okay overall. The booking process was simple, but there were slight delays during parking.

I would not use this company again. We had to wait more than half an hour for them to bring the car, and they were not being truthful with us. Every time I spoke to them, they said the driver was on the way, but that clearly wasn’t the case.

When it came time to drop the car, there was no one there, even though we called twice to let them know we were close to the airport. In the end, we had to leave the car ourselves. Once again, they were not honest about when they would collect it.

I raised a complaint, but no one seemed to care.

Extremely poor service. Guy on the phone said his attitude does " not matter" when I complained. They damaged my car and hurriedly patched it up without informing me. Pls AVOID them. They are dangerous!!

We had an extremely disappointing and concerning experience. During the week, our vehicle was used by someone else without our consent, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, items were stolen from the car.
The car was returned to us in an appalling condition. This was meant to be a brand-new vehicle, yet it came back in a state that no customer should ever have to deal with. When we raised this with the driver, he dismissed the issue and said it wasn’t his responsibility.
Trying to resolve the matter has been just as frustrating. When we called the office to make a complaint, we were told to send photos via WhatsApp and that a manager would call us back. We are still waiting for any proper response or accountability.
This level of service, lack of responsibility, and poor communication is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

Please do not use this service. I recently booked for LHR T4 meet and greet service - it was TERRIBLE. Firstly they kept us waiting in the carpark for 1.20 hrs to drop off and hand over. Then on collection the same thing. They were extremely rude when I called to check on when they would be arriving. But worst of all they had damaged my car, clear scratches to the rear bumper. When pointing it out there was not apology or customer service. On reporting to their head office by email, with photos of damage they refused to take responsibility as I was not able to provide before I photos taken at drop off. ( I have never before taken photos at drop off) .
I have used other companies many times for this service at airports but never had such an appalling lack of service of customer care.
Please DO NOT use this company.
