I've ordered a PC version of one game, but I've received the PS4 version. I was really disappointed and wrote several times to Fangamer, but at the end they replied and sent quickly the correct version of the game, saying to me to keep the wrong one. Absolutely appreciated, good consumers' care.

Purchased items to ship to the UK one day after their Christmas delivery window ended. That's fine - I wanted them for the 31st of December.

It's the 29th of December and they haven't even SHIPPED. I sent them an email yesterday and received an automated response telling me I would need to wait TEN WORKING DAYS before they would even reply to the email. I spent a lot extra on their expensive shipping and they haven't even packed it. Furthermore their response email said they were closed from the 29th of January to the 1st of January - how unprofessional can you get?

Since buying something from here, my email has been constantly getting DPD phishing emails. It is possible that this doesnt have to do anything with them, but funnily enough, my parcel was shipped by DPD so either fangamer or dpd have very poor customer data handling. Shipping took 1,5 months, product came in with errors so the total shipping time was 3 months + 30€ additional shipment fees not paid by fangamer.

I ordered in November. The company was backed up, but swiftly replied. Arrived before christmas as promised. Im sure that wasn't easy and I appreciate the service. Excellent and will buy again. Product is perfect.

I ordered November 21st. It still hasn’t shipped and today is Dec. 18th. I emailed on 12/12 and got a response stating they were packing the orders from the week I had ordered, so I thought it would ship last week. It has not. Sent two more emails with no response. I had a friend order December 8th, and her order is arriving today, Dec. 18th. Idk what they are doing over there, but it certainly has nothing to do with customer service and I highly doubt I will get my things, over $100 in products, by Christmas.

DONT ORDER FROM HERE! Ordered mine in November and still ZERO word! Get your refunds ppl.

I ordered mid November, received message from dpd that they had my parcel a month later I hadn’t received it + when I checked with the tracking number it kept saying it’s waiting in customs. I received an email today saying the parcel has been sent back to them + it will cost me a further £5 for them to post it again

I have had a t-shirt on order as a gift since 3rd Dec. Was notified by the courier to expect deliv 9-11 Dec. When nothing arrived I wrote to fangamer which elicited an autoreply, saying responses take up to 3 working days. The tracking number gives me no more information. That is not acceptable in this day and age. My package has still not arrived and I am going to miss my grandson's birthday. Shocking complacency on the part of Fangamer.

The worst experience. Ordered nearly $200 of gifts for my grandson with a promise or a one week fulfillment. Three weeks later and no one will respond. Have sent three emails and there is no contact number.

Compré desde España a la tienda europea, tardó 1 semana más o menos, no le doy 5 estrellas porque aunque todo haya llegado bien los productos estaban abiertos y la caja era de correos, creía que tenían sus propias cajas y ya no sé si correos ha dado el cambiado y lo ha revisado todo o es que ellos directamente lo meten en una caja con la empresa del país y al meter los productos en bolsas lo hacen fatal, pero bueno, seguramente vuelva a comprar.

First time placing an order with Fangamer. I was extremely impressed. Placed my order on August the 08/28/2023 at 11:10 PM. Receive the confirmation order at. 11:11 PM.
Shipment confirmation August 30th 2023 at 2:27 PM. Receive my package September 1st 1:30 PM.
All my products were packed extremely well. All the packages I received were brand new and in excellent condition.
I give Fangamer a 5 star for excellence.

My original order was lost once it arrived in the UK, but after prompt emailing back and forth with the team, they sent me a replacement which arrived not long after!

Not sure what happened with these other people who claim they didn’t receive email responses, as I had no issue with communication.

It took about 10 days to arrive to the UK which was a little longer than expected. I ordered a physical copy of Stardew Valley, but not any accessories or other merch. The game seems to work fine, I'm about 5 hours into a game now. Delivery was straight forward, I went with the Fed Ex postage option and the tracking did work well on that once they had received it. The delay seemed to be with Fangamer handing it over as the tracking was stuck on we are expecting your parcel for a while. In the end it was delivered without a problem by Fed Ex, but the majority of delivery companies don't struggle with my address.

Maybe they don’t know how to address packages or something but after waiting weeks for my package, it was returned to sender. Getting customer service to respond has been a struggle and it has been weeks of unanswered emails.
I think I’m going to have to charge this back with my bank because Fangamer just refuses to make this right.

At first I researched fangamer to make sure it was legit, since I never really heard of them, and just ordered for the first time from them. I ordered a hollowknight kindred soul/spirit shirt and not only did it come in just on the date provided, but the quality is amazing and their service is good. The haiku bot is really cute too. I’m definitely going to order more from them and I am profusely happy by the product I received. The shirt also came with a little bag of albums/art too. Fangamer is amazing.

Stated my product was delivered and never was. Sent email and stated to get with my local USPS. Resent screenshot of tracking information and still no response. Left phone number, 2 emails and still no response, no email. Very disappointed because my son was looking forward to this item for his birthday because it’s always out of stock. Really upset about no email or phone response. This was also a first time purchase and will, unfortunately never buy from this site again. My son is a HUGE fan and loves the websites, but can’t buy from site because of this issue.
