Definitely use this company if you want to give them a lot of money and then not give you the item that you paid for, and then not reply to any emails or phone calls about it. I'm talking about a period of not days, not weeks, not months, but an ongoing complaint lasting YEARS here.

Ordered Spamtom Plush for my son. Within two days, the voice box had burnt out and his nose split.
For the price of these you would expect better quality.

I ordered my plushies and shirt on February 1,2023. I still haven’t received my packages. It has been 2-3 since we’ve been waiting for it . My daughter is upset that she doesn’t have her stuff yet. Thank you. My order # 1603017

Delivered to me within a week! Received a very high quality plush (one of the best I've ever had!) and pin set. Was shipped within a day, and, while it was slightly more expensive on the EU site than the US, it was totally worth the money! Shipments can take longer during public holidays and other rare events, but its understandable, and worth the wait. Recommend, 100%!

Ordered the Stardew Valley CE, they did say deliveries would be within 2-3 weeks.
After that time the item was shipped, arrived earlier than indicated. Everything was as described and very carefully packaged.

Shipping and tax are expensive (and some items aren't available on their EU store sadly) but that's not their fault.

Would love to see the selection expanded on the EU side of things but other than that no issues.

Pedí la edición coleccionista de Undertale desde su web de Estados Unidos (ya que no está en la Europea) el 1 de enero y llegó el 24 de enero con FedEx.
En la página web ponía que tardarían de 2 a 3 semanas en enviarlo, y efectivamente a las dos semanas y media me avisaron. Por su parte FedEx tardó solo 6 días en traérmelo, y fueron muy amables (de hecho, si hubiese elegido DHL en lugar de FedEx hubiese tenido que pagar aduanas y hubiese tardado más, tal y como me confirman).
El único problema que le veo es quizás el tiempo de espera y que el precio es un tanto elevado porque solo lo producen ellos, pero si ya tienes conciencia de todo esto no le veo ningún problema.

Bought Undertale merch. Everything was okay, but I required support and they needed about a whole week to give me an email response. The products were in order, with some extra tid-bits that weren't mentioned in the package! :)

They never shipped an order I made in early December. They have not responded to my request of status on the order. They are still taking money for the item I ordered

Ordered an item but never received it. There is absolutely no customer service that you can contact.

Ordered late in the afternoon, arrived early the morning after. Quite incredible!

Recently purchased two of the same item from fangamer. They were both packaged appropriately and arrived in good time but were damaged. Someone at a point before packing them for postage had evidently run a blade down the spine of both items cutting through the cover and cover art...massively diminishing there value as a collectible item. I requested a replacement and or refund was told they would give me approximately 7 pounds back per item. They must have known these items were damaged when they sold them. I cannot speak for there other products but i would not purchase there nsw version of omori as they are sending out damaged goods as full price. First time buyer and i would strongly recommend against using.

C'est relativement cher, généralement, oui, j'ai été livré très vite (avec fangamer.eu, j'ai commandé, c'est arrivé le lendemain et même pas 24h après l'avoir commandé) oui, le produit est arrivé en bon état, il n'y a pas eu d'erreur ou que ce soit, donc j'avais le bon produit entre les mains, il était en bon état, mais ce qui fait que je ne mets pas la note maximale, c'est que je trouve que c'est généralement un peu trop cher, mais c'est pas grave, à part ça, je suis entièrement satisfait^^

Never got a confirmation email, the website kept saying my payment wasn't going through....look at my bank account and it tried to charge me 40 times...big scam.

Received a damaged book from them (damaged in shipping) and they are replacing and allowing me to keep the old one. Very swift response and kind service.

They don’t reply to emails.

They don’t pick up the phone.

They are evidently trying to scam me out of a purchase worth thousands of dollars.

It’s been going on for two years now.

Do NOT use Fangamer.

Compré en la versión de Europa, fangamer.eu, que es más asequible para los que vivimos en un país europeo. Tardaron una semana en hacer el envío y me preocupé un poco, pero en cuanto les escribí, ese mismo día salió de sus almacenes y al día siguiente lo tenía en casa. Se puede comprar con total confianza.

La télé est arrivée abîmé sur la dalle nous ne l avons pas vus de suite au déballage âpre plusieurs réclamations personne n a voulus entendre notre demande ni la Fnac ni le vendeur Fanagears et impossibilité d obtenir une facture pour effectuer les démarches
Je pensais que la Fnac était sérieux

Brought things few times, I used to buy Undertale stuffs on that page, each time arrived perfectly, especially the little post cards (which I like them so much) with purchaser's name on it, it was wrong with the first package, after I sent an email to them with my second purchase, I received like 6 of the cards with warm regards and my name on the back. I'm so thankful and happy they heard me! Fully trust of them!
