Shipped and arrived extremely quickly. It was estimated to take multiple weeks but took less than two to get to the UK! The plushie is great quality too. No issues at all. 100% would buy from here again :)

Ordered on November 24th, got an email saying it shipped on December 6th and I should have it on December 10th. Either package never made it out of their warehouse or UPS stole it. UPS doesn't have any record of the package reaching their hub, just that a mailing label was printed. I think this company is a scam. I've emailed customer service twice with no response back. Don't order from them you will be disappointed.

Poor customer service. Asked where my package was and they just replied we will give you a refund .. not impressed

They have so much good merch for both popular and niche titles, but they've gotten so expensive. Shirts in particular have gone up $4 with no upgrades to the material or print quality. (OCTOBER 2022 UPDATE: Shirts are now up to $32... ridiculous)

Also shipping times are ridiculous, stuff takes forever to actually ship out. Placed my latest order Nov. 26th and there's still no sign of it shipping. Yet their site says ship by Dec. 12th to get it by Christmas...yeah right lol.

Overall the products are cool and mostly good quality, but prices are steep and shipping times are bad, especially since they charge for shipping. Seems like they could use more staff.

Pretty decent site for buying gaming merch. I've bought a lot of things off them (t-shirts, collectors editions) and all my orders arrived just fine. Some of the products I've ordered have deteriorated faster than normal wear&tear would cause and one time my order came with some weird gunk on it but otherwise the site is pretty good

Absolutely love it! I ordered the new Deltarune shirt and it came just last week, the material is so soft and the print is awesome! Hopefully will order again soon

I had placed an order with fangamer for some Deltarune merchandise for a friend. I was prepared to wait a while as their website said they were having delays. Come to the beginning of last week. I finally receive a notice that my package was finally shipped out. I was ecstatic. Until I read that it was just the shipping info.
So I waited, obviously it can take some time. Fast forward a week and still no update whatsoever. I decided to email USPS about it, as they usually give me an honest answer. Come to see, they never even brought it out to ship. They only printed the label to make it seem like they were working in a timely manner.
I have dealt with behavior like this from Killstar before. Businesses need to admit when they don't have the workers or product instead of lying to customers.

Firstly the products are something else which I’ll talk about later, but I also felt like they really cared for me as a customer and went to extra lengths to ensure the gifts i bought would be here in the UK as soon as they could get them over for my husbands birthday. As it happened, they came 3 days late whilst I was at work, so I didn’t have time to intercept them and wrap them up, but I was amazed when my husband told me that they had already been beautifully gift wrapped and said he thought I’d told them to. I hadn’t! I also found afterwards they’d thrown in a limited edition banjo kazooee sticker, a stardew valley beer mat, and some little touches to the boxes which made it really special. And I have to say that after a difficult birthday in isolation, (followed by an urgent tooth removal which caused so much drama the week of his birthday) followed by me being at work when the delivery came my partner was blown away with the quality of all the gifts and spent some time photographing them and sending pictures to his friends. Even the T-shirt was a perfect fit. Brownie points to me one happy hubby, but all my thanks goes to Fangamer. A wonderful first experience and I will absolutely be ordering more from here ☺️

Good experience overall! They notified me immediately when a product I wanted was in stock, and it was of very nice quality once I received it. It even came with a little sticker which was a nice touch!

Thought initially it seems to be a great company with some nice products , however the customer service for any issues or questions were rude & and never keen to answer any questions or help . They ran offers over Xmas / Black Friday asking you to spend a certain amount to qualify for fangamer discount vouchers . Then refused to give the vouchers for bulk buying in order to discount . More recently although the shipping has its duties and fees paid and is still expensive , on top of that there is now 20 plus percent taxes making a 20 dollar items cost 60 a 70 dollars once shipped .

They censored my review of a product on their website and when I sent them an email about it they were dismissive. My original complaint was regarding the mystery hoodies they not only sent me an item that was not a hoodie it was a sweatshirt but they also sent me two hoodies that was meant for a female. My major complaint was that while I know it is completely random the least they could do is send you hoodies specific to your gender I used to like this company buy after censoring my review I can't suggest them to anyone anymore.

Product arrived quickly and had no issues with Fangamer, will probably buy here again.

I bought two PVC pin sets and one metal pin. The backs of all pins are hard rubber, which holds up the pins pretty well, with the exception of one set.
I reached out to support stating one of the sets detached with the lightest of tugs, and was told this wasn't a design flaw; the pins are meant to be easy to remove. Then I was told to simply go buy locking pin backs. I might have believed them this was intentional if ALL my pins were like that, but the other set and the metal one I bought from them stay put, the backs are pretty sturdy. Seems like they just used an excuse for the defected set.

I tried writing an honest review on their site, I was generous with praising the quality of the pins, but recommended anyone who buy them to buy locking pin backs, or to not put the pins on a bag where it would be less noticeable if you lose them. So far the review has not gone through.. we'll see if it ever does.

I've bought from Fangamer several times and had no issues. They have a wide variety of video game merchandise that has always arrived in excellent condition. Perfect for unique gift ideas

Good & pleasant website, a bit overpriced for clothes sometimes, nevertheless it's still great quality goodies for many famous gaming franchise. Ordered 4-5 times and never had any problems / delay with my items, would totally recommend !

I had to make sure to leave Fangamer a glowing review! I had seen a photo of an item (a replica Attorney's Badge from Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney) that someone else had purchased. I couldn't find it listed on their website so I reached out to customer service. They replied very quickly and, though the item was sold out on their website, they were happy to set up a personalised invoice for me. It took 17 days to reach me from the USA over in Switzerland. It arrived in perfect condition, and I was so happy to find that the product itself was of such great quality! I was definitely wary not only of doing business with a company I had never heard of, but also creating a non-standard order and shipping internationally, but I'm very glad I did. I'd highly recommend them!
