Honestly
Honestly, if I started explaining everything that went wrong, all the internal agreements that were supposedly made in favor of the customer and then never respected, and how incredibly poor the communication has been, I could easily write more than 500 pages about it. But I’ll leave it at that.
For me personally, this experience has made one thing absolutely clear: I will never buy from your company again. Period.

auction on the 29th of may.
auction on the 29th of may.. paid invoice... paid postage separately on 2nd june.. still waiting for jewellery on the 12th june... phoned twice.. nobody has a clue until i mention ive already paid the postage charge...still no idea when it is being delivered.they will look in to it is the answer..where is the after sales service it is so poor it doesnt exist.. come on fellows you used to be good it is not complicated

Lovely item. Easy to use website. Quick delivery would highly recommend. I only gave four stars because I think the item should have been sent in a fellows presentation box rather than just wrapped in packing material.

Great Experience - First time user
I haven't previously used an auction site in the past and was worried about the fee's attached to any purchase I might make. I needn't have worried though as there is a useful calculator that made it really easy for me to work out what my maximum bid would be including fees.
I was nervous of authenticity of the luxury handbag I bought and had it independently verified for my own peace of mind and had no issues with the item being confirmed as authentic.
Finally the product was as per the images, while I would have liked to see some interior photo's I took an educated risk which paid off. The bag was as pictured and in really great condition and packaged well.
Overall I had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate in using them again. The only thing missing was a certificate of authenticity but I have an app for that if I need.

Very disappointed to see another money…
Very disappointed to see another money grab from this auction house. Now charging an annual fee to look at past results. They tried this before but you had to have bid over £2k to get it for free. Another disappointing turn from a former quality company who are turning their back on their clients with expensive shipping , poor customer service and now further charges just for looking at results.

Ignored request for postage
I bought a small lot at Keys a few weeks ago just before departing on a short holiday. It slipped my mind with the prep for my trip, so on my return I had a bill for storage charges. Very high for storing something that's about 4" x 6", but that's their perogative.
I payed the fee and requested a qote for postage to my home address. No response, but another Invoice arrived.
I e-mailed again asking for postage quote. No response again but another Invoice.
So it seems Keys' policy is to ignore requests for postage and then just rack up storage costs (which at this rate will be more than I paid for the item).
Completely unethical and very bad practice.

Straightforward process
Straightforward process, as a first time bidder everything was transparent and clear. Having the p&p cost upfront earlier in the process would have been helpful, appreciate costs change depending on shipping location, but the cost for UK based bidders would have been useful; that said it wouldn’t deter me from bidding again.

Item was not exactly as described. Also, I had to contact several times regarding delivery, which I was told it would be upto 7 working days, to the be told once I contacted again after the 7 working days that it hadn’t even been sent yet ‘due to back to back auctions’.
