I went to Fenton after reviewing their website and doing my research on a trusted company who source diamonds ethically. I initially spoke with Sunny via email. I didn’t think I was going to be a difficult customer when searching for the perfect diamond ring. But 80 emails later I was clearly the type of customer most company’s dread. However Sunny was patient and professional and did everything she could to ensure the design and diamond were exactly what I was looking for.

Do not overlook this company for any of your jewellery as the service I received from the team at Fenton and especially Sunny was exceptional. The service alone filled me with trust knowing they were not just trying to make a sale unlike some company’s.

Highly recommend and will be back in the future.

I had an amazing experience with Fenton from start to finish, everything was professional and they really took the time and effort to personalise the ring and the experience to help get exactly what I was looking for. I dealt with Lucy and she honestly could not have been more knowledgeable and helpful! Definitely would recommend.

My engagement ring is stunning and the communication throughout was excellent. The only reason I've deducted one star is due to the timeframe. While I was advised it would take 4-6 weeks, it ended up being closer to 7 weeks, which I don't feel was necessary for the design. The ring was classed as bespoke, although it was a fairly simple solitaire setting. That said, it's absolutely beautiful and I've received so many compliments already. Overall, I'm delighted with the finished ring and the service I received.

I’ve now bought my fiancée’s engagement ring and my wedding ring from Fenton. The staff are lovely, the quality is unreal and the value is fantastic. If you’re looking for special jewellery, this is the place to go.

This was my second experience with Fenton, they made my engagement ring and my fiancées ring and I had to come back for my wedding band. Really personal experience, if you’re having any trouble on the website you can email and they respond quickly and helpfully. I also found going to their studio in London to see how similar rings would look on my hand very useful

Tiny bit dissapointed ,service good but came up smaller than i expected yellow saphire 3m but that measured 3m with setting ,i have a diamond 3m but with setting measured closer to 5m from another company so not what i expected ..

The service was fantastic. Thanks so much to Sunny who helped design the ring and make sure all my needs were met. Then Eloise ensured the post sales service remained very high and the ring was despatched to me and arrived without issue. The packaging was beautiful and the ring is stunning!

From start to finish, Fenton were very professional and helpful. The engagement ring was made exactly how I imagined it. Couldn’t ask for anyone better. Massive shout out to Su and Eloise for their help.

Lovely consultation on a whim purchase and advice on a repair for a previous purchase

When you’re shopping for an engagement ring, you really need to find a jeweller who is first and foremost going to supply quality, great value for money, be insightful and listen to you and help guide you and create what you’re looking for with care!
Dealing with Fenton and Sunny was a great experience throughout. She exceeded on all of the above and delivered within a tight deadline! Communication was clear from start to finish.
It’s also worth noting that Fenton are a certified B-Corp business - meeting the highest standards of social & environmental performance and transparency!

Fenton was an absolutely brilliant company to work with for purchasing an engagement ring. Was very informative and good at keeping me in the loop. The ring was going to be delivered when we were away on holiday which would have been an issue but spoke to the team and they managed to fast track it so it arrived before we went away to allow us to have our special moment on holiday. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Wow! If I could afford I would buy so much more :) We got our engagement ring back in June 2023 with them and I had set my mind to get at least my wedding ring ordered with Fenton too. Both appointments were so great. My custom wedding ring is bang on what I wanted (arrived just recently - wedding only July 2027, but shows how eager I was). I'm sure after the wedding I will get another cheeky purchase or even before. The best experience, very accommodating, really good pricing (I compared through window shopping!). Very responsive. I actually feel sad that I cannot enjoy this experience again. Please go to their amazing room to try on engagement rings! So much better than a normal shop (well my opinion). Now need to sign up for the aftercare service - happy days!

A fantastic experience from start to finish!💍 Couldn’t speak more highly of Lucy who looked after us throughout the process. She was extremely professional and answered all of our queries with clarity. When deciding on a design, we changed our decision a few times - Lucy was extremely patient and made sure we settled on a design that was perfect for us.

Would certainly recommend Fenton to others, and Lucy along with the rest of the team make you feel as if you are in safe hands!

I would absolutely recommend Fentons. My fiancé loved the ring. Sunny made what could have been a stressful experience easy. Sunny took the time to explain everything and was really helpful.

Sunny was fantastic from start to finish, and our process was amazing. We met them in sept/oct provisionally last year just to try some things on, Sunny then stayed in touch, but not overbearing, and allowed me time to make all the decisions whilst being consultative, and thoughtful through the ring making process. The end product was PERFECT. My now fiancé loved the design, and it was delivered fast, ahead of our planned schedule. I cannot thank them enough.

My partner and I had an amazing experience with Fenton. We booked a consultation and we met with Lucy for the afternoon to discuss our plans, and she was so helpful, polite, and insightful which really helped the both of us!

After placing my order, Lucy kept in contact with me updating me throughout the process on how things were coming along and giving me estimates when my order would be ready. Once I received the ring I knew straight away it was perfect and crafted beautifully, and after the proposal my fiancée was also blown away!
