Very special fragrance!
Receiving a ffern fragrance makes you feel so special! It’s truly an experience and I’m reminded of my time opening the box every time I spray the scent. I love that they strive for natural, and nature, and the creative arts. The moral compass of this company and its folklore roots makes me happy to invest in them and their product!

Ein Dufterlebnis für alle Sinne
Allein das Öffnen des Pakets ist ein Erlebnis. Alles ist mit so viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, dass man schon vor dem ersten Sprühen in die Welt des Duftes eintaucht.
Der Duft selbst war für mich ausgesprochen originell und einzigartig – ein wirklicher Genuss für Duftliebhaber. Besonders schön fand ich, wie sich die verschiedenen Akkorde nach und nach entfaltet haben und der Duft bei mir sogar ganz persönliche Sommererinnerungen geweckt hat.
Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Auf meiner Haut hätte ich mir etwas mehr Haltbarkeit gewünscht. Gerade weil ich den Duft so sehr mochte, fand ich es schade, dass er im Laufe des Tages recht schnell leiser wurde.
Ich hätte sehr gerne noch mehr davon gehabt – und kann den nächsten saisonalen Duft schon jetzt kaum erwarten.

Vielen Dank auch für dein ehrliches Feedback zur Haltbarkeit. Bei natürlichen Düften kann die Haltbarkeit von Person zu Person sehr unterschiedlich sein. Insbesondere Hauttyp und Körpertemperatur können beeinflussen, wie lange ein Duft auf der Haut wahrnehmbar bleibt.
Es gibt einige Dinge, die du ausprobieren kannst, wenn du das Gefühl hast, dass sich dein Duft zu schnell verflüchtigt. Wir empfehlen, den Duft auf kühlere Körperstellen aufzutragen – dadurch verdunstet er langsamer und bleibt länger wahrnehmbar. Zum Beispiel kannst du ihn auf die Oberseite der Handgelenke auftragen, statt auf die Innenseite, da diese wärmer ist und der Duft dort schneller verdunsten kann. Auch auf der Kleidung hält sich der Duft oft länger, da Stoff eine niedrigere Temperatur als die Haut hat.

Stunning perfumes
Ffern is a small company producing stunning perfumes, I have been on the ledger for a year to get each seasons scent. I don't use a lot so have a good supply for the next year. It was very easy to leave the ledger and I will be looking to return once my current supplies run low. Thank you Ffern, I would highly recommend this company, the concierge team are excellent too 😊

Ffern is one of the rare fragrance…
Ffern is one of the rare fragrance houses that feels genuinely personal. From the thoughtful seasonal concept and beautiful presentation to the communication with customers, every detail reflects care rather than conventional luxury marketing.
Summer 26 was particularly special to me. The Bulgarian rose feels radiant and natural, never heavy or overly sweet, and the fragrance develops beautifully on the skin while retaining its distinctive character. I liked it so much that I ordered a second bottle—something I rarely do.
I also appreciate that Ffern actively asks its customers about their experience and uses their feedback when developing future editions. It creates the feeling of participating in an ongoing creative process, not simply purchasing another perfume. An original concept, excellent quality and a brand with a genuine identity.

I absolutely loved Ffern’s Summer ’26 fragrance.

Love the scent, and the unboxing, and the trial bottle
Absolutely loved this scent and the whole experience with Ffern. I went into their shop in soho and whilst the summer 26 scent wasn't available at the time the person there helped me understand what scents i liked then assured me i would like it. She was spot on. The scent is perfect.
I love the novel concept of seasonal scents but as i'm unsure about changing a scent so often the safety of free returns and a trial bottle is a really great way to try something new, whilst knowing i can return it and rebuy the scent i am wearing now if i really wanted.
The unboxing was also great, felt really special and was the lift and connection to being more eco and nature connected that i needed

Excellent Quality
When I first encountered their ads I was skeptical Ffern was a legit company. However, I still took the risk to order their perfume and I’m glad I did. It was my first purchase with Ffern and I loved the packaging and especially their 2026 Summer perfume. As someone who’s been looking for more natural perfumes, I’m excited and looking forward to any future perfumes they release.

Difficult to cancel subscription and unclear payment arrangements
I would strongly recommend thinking twice before signing up to Ffern.
I signed up for a subscription and am now trying to cancel it. What should be a straightforward process has turned into a very frustrating experience. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 2 years but the only options available on the account area are to reduce frequency and/or downgrade to a smaller product. My confirmation email contains no clear terms and conditions explaining the subscription or cancellation process, and the invoices for my orders state that payment was taken via Apple Pay.
I have checked with my bank and Ffern does not appear as a pre-authorised payment, which has made it very difficult to establish exactly how future payments can be stopped. I am now having to go back to my bank to try to resolve this.
I have also looked at other reviews describing similar difficulties with cancelling subscriptions, which is particularly concerning.
I don't object to the product itself, but a subscription should be easy to cancel and customers should be given clear information about how recurring payments are authorised and how they can be stopped. Legally a company must inform you before a subscription payment is taken so that you, as a customer have the opportunity to cancel. Ffern do not do this. Interestingly the new Prime Minister in the UK has made these dark practices one of his priorities so hopefully Ffern will take notice and change their business practices.
I hope Ffern will resolve this properly, but based on my experience so far, I would not recommend signing up for a Ffern subscription unless you are completely confident that you will be able to cancel it easily.
