Happy with my fire
The flume arrived and was broken, I tried to get in touch but this didn’t get through to the team. They’ve since been in touch though. Happy with the fire but haven’t tested it yet but it looks nice and a perfect size. This was packaged fine but the separate flume was rattling around in a box with no padding.

Lovely bioethanol stove
Lovely bioethanol stove, but damaged on arrival, offered a small refund to compensate, which was accepted but took ages to be processed
Expensive item so needs to be right
Bigger than expected but it is well
Made and on the whole fairly happy
Would
Have liked it be regulated heat wise as it seems like there is a adjustable vent, but this is just for show, no glass either so open fire, so be careful around young children and pets

Packaging quality
Delivered on time but a small damage to the base of the surround. Couldn't get a fitter till 25th May so was not able to check the contents within the time period given. Luckily it is small and not as visible so had it fitted.

First time ordering from Fireplace World. Compared price for the Adam Holston Electric Inset Stove and decided to purchase from them. Found the website straight forward and easy to use. Product arrived on time and very well packaged. UPS were polite, helpful and professional. Customer services were amazing, a slight chip in fire, we really liked it and wanted a replacement which was sorted and delivered within a few days. Highly recommend thank you!

We had seen many electic stove fires…
We had seen many electic stove fires ranging from £400 to over £1,000. None seemed realistic. So we decided to "buy blind" online. To our delight this stove was the most realistic. We don't need a remote or all sorts of colours and effects, just has to look realistic. This fire did the job 100% at £290 the cheapest of them all!

Easy to install, fire is exactly what we wanted. The remote control easy to operate. I’ve moved into a new property and is the first item we’ve bought for sitting room. Can’t wait to get the room completed.

Excellent customer service
I had to cancel my order after it shipped but Fireplace World were very understanding and even managed to instruct the courier to bring it back to the depot. As soon as it arrived back I got my refund. All told, this company was very easy to contact and very quick and efficient at cancelling my order. Would definitely recommend.
