Customer service is almost non existent. You don't have a proper drawing of your radiator dimensions on your website, nor did your in person customer service show much interest in helping.

Best Experience Ever
Straightforward and professional from ordering through to delivery..wish every company was as easy to deal with!
Product is above expectations..higher quality than I thought it would be (it’s a sturdy piece of furniture so you’ll definitely need extra pairs of hands!). Instructions are minimal but it’s such an easy, simple put together that even I understood..
Delivery driver was exceptional and very helpful.
Lots of companies out there who should perhaps look at Fireplace World as a model of how to conduct themselves ..would recommend without hesitation!

We bought the Adam bio ethanol fire.
Very quick delivery. Earlier than stated. Fire gives off good warmth. I scratched the black paint when assembling the plates that sit on the front. And i wasn't being heavy handed. Still pleased with the overall experience
