James W, fitted out our bathroom in record time, 2 days working non stop to get it done for us. And what a lovely guy, polite, clean and tidy, happy, and appreciates the local visiting cat ( always a good sign) . Can't fault his work, looks amazing.

The tree team were very kind and easy to chat to if questions needed asking, their work was quick and precise regardless of the freezing weather and rainy skys. They worked efficiently as a team and would reccommend them to anyone. 10/10 would happily see them again.

Hedge removal and cutting at no 20 we are no 21 private house paul shay stef and glyn arb team were very professional and made sure nothing came onto our carport or sheds nor any damage to our fence cleared up when finished very friendly work team

Although it seemed a long process the finished kitchen is good and thankyou to all the workmen involved especially a man called Ian who went over and above to ensure I was happy with the end result thankyou

Had a new kitchen fitted and Jason the plasterer and Pete the kitchen fitter and Jamie and Tim the Electrician were great and done an excellent job well done Lads and thank you.

My facias had 2 holes in and the wood was rotting , connor the carpenter came and made good repair replacing the wood on both areas he also painted the repairs and left the areas tidy , he was friendly and polite , i was really happy with the end result

Why is it on here they never put the bad reviews .only the good ones. I will never give I will never forgive flags a person whether treated me and he suffer county council which I've been here eight months in this horrible flat my bullet my mobility very good because my heart condition I've only been there about five times and eight months. Moving hair was supposed to be a new start for me after my heart sack that's been a nightmare and thanks to flagship house and and the managers. I wouldn't help me move to a downstairs place because my heart condition I've had to put up living here not going out I got wait till march for a bit to move again I'm going to move back to mid Suffolk so I'd never had all this trouble when I lived in mid Suffolk council out so much better I've been an eight months or the trouble I have to go online and go do all my house and benefit. East Suffolk council. Now I got to do it all again. how they can get away with treating a person like they have me. its a wast of time been trying to get help from you for 8 months you did not help me then when you come to mine so no pint

Have just had a kitchen replacement done by Piotr and Troy have done an amazing job super tradesmen super work very tidy even in a mess lol and very friendly and helpfull

Had a gentleman called Wayne came to give me a new kitchen he was absolutely fantastic kept me informed what would be happening through all stages of the work he was very conscientious with his work and his attention to detail was unbelievable also cleaned up so well i didn't have to do anything to start using my new kitchen 100% happy thanks Wayne

A tree on the fence line needed to be removed before a new fence could be put in place. Flagship assessed the situation then had Stef and Pete come and take down the tree. They were friendly, very tidy, and professional at their work. The tall tree was cut down to ground level, all branches and trunk taken away, ant the garden left so tidy you wouln't know it had happened. Thank you chaps and thank you Flagship...most impressive.

We had a new kitchen fitted by Luke and i honestly couldnt fault anything at all. He got the whole kitchen ripped and out fully fitted in 4 1/2 days, including having to rip up and relay the under flooring as it was unexpectedly water damaged! Was a lovely guy and it was a pleasure to have him fit the kitchen. On top of all of that he done an amazing job to! Very happy family :) thanks luke!

We are so pleased with our kitchen we cannot fault it ! From start to finish the work of the team was impeccable . Polite friendly and respectful so thankyou to john, matthew, dominic, isobel, mahfug, matthew Rowe and finally Dennis you were all great !!!
