I've recently had a new kitchen fitted by Flagship homes . I've given the Flagship team that fitted it 5 stars .
The fitter was Paul ,plasterer was Sam and I had an electrician that unfortunately I can't remember his name, I am sorry .
From ripping out the old kitchen , finding a small amount of asbestos ,which had to be removed , having walls plastered ,new screed on the floor ,new electrics and new kitchen cupboards . It took them 5 days .
My new kitchen is fantastic , I can't find fault with any of it. Paul ,the fitter , takes great pride in his work as does Sam ,also the electrician .
So thank you Flagship ,one very happy tenant !!

Very professional, polite, quick and tidy. Was a joy to have them doing repairs.

Wow is my response. The kitchen fitter went above and beyond to help us with the new kitchen.A kitchen that was well past replacement time due to severe damp and mould (even workmen commented).He plastered the walls, excellent job of the floor then the cabinets. A fantastic professional job all round. He arrived before 8 never left until after 5 and tidied up every night. The electrician was helpful and polite also. If you're due to have a new kitchen and you get Luke and Alex you should have no problems. There has been alot of problems and delays before a date was finally set for it to be completed,I am over the moon. So thank you Luke and Alex for making a muddled time easier x I do hope feedback gets to them as i really did appreciate them.

Just had a wet room refit by Dan C and another guy. They managed to do it in two days and it is absolutely amazing! They worked so hard and they left not a bit of mess behind! Everything was cleaned up by them and i was just totally amazed with the whole thing being done in just 2 days. Was nice to see such polite and nice guys doing the job. Very happy bunny here!

Had a lovely gentleman named James. He was very helpful, knew what to do straight away with more ideas. He also helped me with no hesitation on a small difference job. Great guy great service! As well as did a very good job! Thank you

Had my whole bathroom refitted and had an amazing team. Had Andy m, Andrew p, Carl and Damo. They all went above and beyond for get my bath right for me and fixing any little bits to suit my needs. They was very understanding on the first week that I was poorly and couldn't really move so they tried to not disturb me untill they had to. Then one of the guys become poorly themselves so the work was put on hold for a few days but charlie from the office did her best to move things around to get my bathroom complete and keeped apologiseing ( she didnt need to, these things happen) and keeped me updated on every step. Then Joe came out to sign off the works and made sure I was happy with everything. And all had a lovely chat after and all made me laugh. There are like a big family and so friendly, kind and respectful. And had the same experience with the other guy who refitted my radiator but didnt get his name. Over all 100% recommended. We had John the plumber and others aide upgrade our bathroom WC 3rd Aug, we could not have asked for a better service, he completely replaced our bathroom which was very dated to a modern fresh look bathroom ensuring minimum disruption to us , very professional finish, we cannot thank John enough for transforming our bathroom , would recommend their work 100 percent!

I contacted Flagship to have some restrictors fitted on my windows to stop my young som from having an accident, they sent someone out promptly. Mark was very friendly and talked me through the options. He fitted them with minimal disturbance and in no time.

I’ve lived in my house for 32 years and I can honestly say James w is the nicest, friendliest and respectful worker I’ve ever had in my house! He worked on his own and has done a fantastic job of my bathroom I’m absolutely delighted with it! He is a credit to flagship! Thankyou for a great job James!

Today I had the pleasure of one of your plumbers Dan Chamberlain working in my home today. I’m very house proud so always get nervous with any works in my home due to bad experiences in the past. Well I needed not worry, Dan was great! Quick, efficient, polite and did a fantastic job. Left everything clean and tidy. Dan is a credit to flagship. Thank you so much

Had Louis do my kitchen replacement recently,very hard working, very efficient, good time keeping, also he will update whats happening and what was happening over the whole project! We are beyond happy with the results!

Tayla-Jayne came to do repairs in the bathroom and was amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure the job was done to an incredibly high standard and communicated before and after in regard to the work being completed. Tayla also made sure she left the bathroom clean and tidy after finishing the job and I would highly recommend her services.

I had an appointment in a weeks time for a toilet leak, in one of the pipes, I got a call today to see if I was free for the appointment to go ahead today, I was. Owen came out within 15 minutes, not only did he replace the bit of pipe, but also handles a few other issues he had spotted.
He was polite, pleasant, professional, and respectful.
I was extremely impressed, and happy with the service he provided.

Just had a new wet room and kitchen fitted, Got to say the guy that fitted my Kitchen went (in my opinion) above and beyond Dave C you were so professional, lovely to chat with, helpfull and patient (especially with the crazy dog!!) Flagship is amazing I have health issues and they are in touch often, welfare checks, helpfull and kind. So glad I am one of their tennants

Ian fleury arrived last Monday to do my kitchen. He did an amazing job. Excellent craftsmanship. Iam pleased with the finished product. He kept me informed all the way . He is a professional at work. He also respected my home. A very polite and courteous person. Again amazing job he did .

Been in our house 26 years, Flagship took over our housing. We got offered a new kitchen, which was completed on the 5th August, work lads were absolutely brilliant, cleaned up after themselves, their boss signed the job off once we were happy, the standard of the kitchen is fantastic. Keep up the good work.
