This company hides its self in market places so it can sell substandard goods and goods not being delivered.
Ordered via Amazon next day delivery 1 week later still not delivered customer service non existent both with Amazon and Furnished, can’t get refund as goods not yet delivered then will have to return another 14 days so all in all 1 month before money back yet it only took 20 minutes for them to take it from my bank

Ordered the wrong size blind replaced and sent out in an instant World class customer service .

Great blinds, prices and even better customer service!

Very pleased when I called about a return and the Post Office was unhelpful. Alex kindly talked me through the process and I am now satisfied, he also advised me how to measure correctly.

I made a purchase from furnished, the product was excellent and just as described. The service I got was fantastic. I had a delay in the delivery but they sorted it out for me. The customer service was fantastic. Very easy to communicate with one phone call and they sorted out my issue . I will definitely be using this company again soon.

So from a fault of mine where I ordered way oversize i called furnished and got no answer, but a call back later from owner (Alex) saying he had a missed call from me.
I told him my mistake gave him my exact measurements and he said leave it with me and he will get back next day. True to his word he did, he cut blinds to my measurements and dispatched items.
From receiving items I ordered wrongly to receiving corrected items took 5 working days and 1st order was picked up same time as 2nd delivery. No mucking about with refunds or credits it was a straight swap.
You couldn't get a more personal service.
If I could I'd give 10 stars.

Great service. I've used this company for several years . They have a very fast delivery service . Blinds always look good. Customer service is always there to help if you have a problem . Would highly recommend

Furnished Uk is an excellent company with good quality products,prices and aftercare.Mary has also been a conscientious communicator in the support team. I noticed they have outdoor products too,such as post boxes.Thx.Can be found on EBay too.

I cannot fault Furnished for their service and blinds . Ashley in particular is a credit to the company. She’s always helping order or explaining options and coming up with solutions. The blinds are good quality and very easy to put up. They come quickly and are well packaged. Price is so much cheaper and they are made in Uk!!

Great quality roller blinds that were easy to fit, customer services were great when I had to change a size and arrived quicker than expected. would recommend.

I bought some of the blackout blinds from this company. My wife is really pleased. We availed of the free alteration service, and they were all cut perfectly to fit my windows. Really happy and would definitely recommend! Thank you!

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!
Received a damaged blind, had paid a workman to fit it which was impossible, this company are NOT interested in customer service and do not even have the good grace to reply to customer emails and are patronising on the phone when you call up to resolve the issue!

Im happy with these blinds. The quality is good for the price and they are easy to install. Their customer service was helpful when I had a small issue. So, I would definitely recommend it..

The venetion blinds were ordered for the whole house and received within 3 days. The quality was excellent to expected. A slight problem with one damaged and a size difference but the customer service was exceptionally great as these were rectified within 3 days delivery of the replacements. Fitting was easy and all look great at the windows. I would recommend them to others looking for blinds. Happy New Year to Furnished. Clive Telford.

Avoid this company I have had so much trouble sending blinds back and getting a refund I have had to involve Amazon do not purchase from this company as you will experience great difficulty in getting a refund they need to be removed from Amazon and other sites

A Holes, blind damaged, if they had packed it properly it wouldn’t have happened, incompetence beyond belief.

B&Q should remove these from their website.

Terrible quality. Bought through BQ. Threads all down one side roller blind keep catching and snagging. Suspect blind cut down.
Rolling blind winder insert loose on both ends and poor fit. So loose. Don’t expect the blind to last very long time. Wast of money.

I paid for 10 roller blinds and only received 4, all of which arrived in opened boxes. This is completely unacceptable. Not only is part of my order missing, but the items that did arrive look tampered with. I expect full accountability from this company – either send the rest of my order immediately or issue a refund for the missing items. I won’t let this go unnoticed.
