Very pleased when I called about a return and the Post Office was unhelpful. Alex kindly talked me through the process and I am now satisfied, he also advised me how to measure correctly.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!
I bought a roller blind from B&Q (supplied by Furnished) and it was delivered by Evri on 15 March 2025. When delivered it was in a badly bent box and the blind inside was snapped. I complained to Evri and was told to get back to B&Q. I filled out the contact seller online form twice (once on 15th and one on 22nd March) and had no response either time (should have had a response within 48hours). So I called B&Q and they said they would write to Furnished and I should get a response from Furnished within 48hours. That was on the 29th March and I still have not had a response 4 days later. The blind was ordered and delivered to my parents (who are both nearly 80) and this has caused them undue stress. It's not an experience I want to repeat so will be avoiding both B&Q and Furnished in future!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY…

I brought from B&Q but sold by Furnished. I was hesitant because of the reviews on here yet the reviews on amazon were great.
It was cut to the correct size of 230cms and fits my window perfectly with no sag in the middle.
Delivered within 2 days of purchase and was double boxed for protection.

I felt the need to share my experience after reading these reviews.. Top Class experience both product quality, delivery and support. I have purchased 5 x blinds all excellent quality and amazing price as I have looked around. Recommended this company to family and friends and they too have experienced 5 star service. I made a big error on my first and measured incorrectly... Mary at their customer service was a superstar and sorted for me. I look at reviews although some people are hard to please. Excellent quality... great price and service from me.
This service is not well
This service is not well. My blinds was cut to short but I didnt ask for cut !!! Was cu buy not hot knife and left treads. Instructiin is not full. Still I dont know how put blocker ? Mechanism is moving ( tourn around)
Exactly as described, great price
I ordered a blackout roller blind, cut to width. After ordering, I received an email asking me to confirm the width; I did this and it was quickly acknowledged. The blind was sent the next working day and is exactly as expected, the correct width and – importantly – works as a blackout. I ordered on Saturday and received the blind today - Wednesday.

bought 4 blinds for conservatory needed another 4 to finish off the job, been out of stock for 4 months , pathetic service
AWFUL.
AWFUL. DO NOT USE.
The blinds I bought are:
a) cut too short
b) missing parts
c) the instructions are incomplete (where do the locking pins go?!)
d) only one wall attachment option works. Use either of the other two outlined in the instructions and you'll need to drill through the plastic mount covers to mount the bracket
e) it is literally impossible to mount the actual blind without breaking a gap in the plastic mount cover in order to slide blind into position.
Absolute p*sstake, awful quality, will be going straight to the dump.
I wish I'd looked this company up before buying from them. Con artists.

Day Eight. Is this another "con company" buyer beware.
Day Eight. And no surprise, I still have not had an explanation from the company. I have contacted amazon customer service and they advised me to contact the company directly "again" So that's what I will do, even though I have already waited eight day. Is it expecting to much that I receive an explanation and an apology...... No worries, I will carry on posting these messages until this matter is resolved. Once again "BUYER BEWARE"
Poor quality roller blind
The Roller blind I ordered was missing all the fittings. No instructions no returns label. A very poor quality item. Very disappointing

After seeing the other reviews on here I almost didn't bother ordering from this company via Amazon. But with a bit of trepidation I placed my order anyway and was glad that I did. Order placed around 7pm on a Wednesday evening and messages them with the window width shortly after. I checked to see if they had acknowledged the sizes next morning and found that they had replied to say the blinds would be cut to size (at around 2am). I then received dispatch confirmation at around 7.45a.m. The blinds were due by Saturday but I got a text from DPD couriers to advise delivery on Friday along with a time slot (great courier company). All round great service. Maybe some customers were not quick enough in supplying their window sizes before dispatch and so received them uncut? Our blinds were neatly cut and fitted nicely.

Shifty. I was sent a wrong size blind without the routine returns label enclosed. I waited ages for this to be sent and no clear instructions come with HOW to return it, ie, Royal Mail or courier?
I bought via Amazon whom have helped but Furnished Customer Service is woeful. I will have to submit an Amazon a-z if this carries on and end up with a blind that I don’t even want.

I asked them to resend me the invoice correctly.
They ignore and they don't reply.
Horrible company to deal with…
Ordered blinds via Amazon as the company offered free cut to fit service. Blinds arrived without having been cut to fit. After 2 weeks of emails and hassle and a very rude man they blamed Amazon for not sending them the email with the sizes. They had every other email from me so this I take with a pinch of salt. Horrible company to deal with. Still trying to get a refund out of them.
