Damaged table
Received a table that was damaged in several places with chips and significant sized scratches mostly underneath but still damaged never the less.
Contacted furniture in fashion which was eventually dealt with to a satisfactory outcome, returned the table and got a refund.

Absolutely terrible company
Absolutely terrible company. Wanted to return a coffee table, they told me it was £50 to return,I would never of bought it if I had known that.
Also, they have messaged me now after reading this to say I could have returned it myself for a full refund. Lol. I live in Beverley, they are in Bolton. Not an option really is it. Also apparently I can "get my own courier" prices totally ridiculous as they know. But seeing as they are reading this- I will have the 5% discount they offered to me, in their desperation for me to keep the item.

However, we also offered you the option to return the item yourself, which would allow you to receive a full refund. This option, along with the collection cost, was clearly outlined in our support team’s response.

The item I ordered was initially out of stock but I received regular updates on the status of the order both my phone then a follow up email, which I thought was a nice personal touch. I was happy to wait & received a few weeks later. A pleasure to deal with
