Excellent customer service

AVOID
I deliberately chose to purchase a chest of drawers from this company because it was well rated and presented itself as a family run business.
I placed my order in March 2026 and was given a delivery timeframe of 6–8 weeks. The item ultimately arrived more than six weeks late, despite me emailing twice for updates.
When it finally arrived, I was extremely disappointed. Not only was the chest of drawers damaged, but it also looked very different from the pictures on the website and felt cheap and poorly made, particularly considering I had paid over £1,000 for it.
Getting the issue resolved was equally frustrating. I had to email five times before receiving a response and arranging collection. The item was eventually collected in August.
I then had to chase a further four times for my refund, which was finally processed more than four weeks after the item had been collected.
I also tried contacting the owners and management directly, but none of my communications were responded to.
Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience from start to finish. The delays, lack of communication, quality of the product and difficulty obtaining a refund have all been extremely frustrating. Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this company again.

Fantastic experience with FW Homestores Caerphilly. Immediately greeted by friendly staff, and plenty of great quality furniture available to view. Shout out to Andrew who offered outstanding customer service, and was clearly very knowledgeable about the products in-store. He guided us through the information in a clear and concise way, and gave us a comprehensive quote to go away and consider. We later rang the store to place our order, and the over-the-phone payment process was quick and bother-free.
