Highly recommend FW Homestores
We called in to the Caerphilly branch and were looked after by Andrew. We were allowed to browse at our leisure without being followed around by a pushy salesmen. When we had made our choice we sat down with Andrew who took us through our options and explained everything in a friendly and knowledgeable manner. We saw Tracy a few months ago in the Newport branch when looking to buy a sofa, went back yesterday to purchase, she was very friendly and informative and not pushy at all. Even agreed to hold the sofa for 7 weeks and maybe a bit more whilst we are awaiting to have carpet fitted.

On arrival at the store this morning we…
On arrival at the store this morning we were given the time and space to adjust and browse which enabled us to feel comfortable.
After a short while we were approached by Andrew, who introduced himself in a totally professional manner. We explained to Andrew are requirements and needs and after a short conversation to gain a better understanding of them he kindly showed us what was available to us! He was genuinely interested in are requirements and took his time showing us around obviously noting I have some mobility issues.
Andrew was extremely proactive in explaining our options and displayed positivity throughout our retail experience showing a strong knowledge of what was available.
The store itself was very clean and tidy with all products and displays presented to the highest optimum level. The infrastructure was clear and tidy to allow easy access to all areas and overall enhance the customer experience and satisfaction. Well done 10/10👍⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Visited FW Homestores today in Barnstaple with the view to browse and maybe buy a Sofa. The staff were great, helpful and polite leaving us to browse to our hearts content but being available should we require advice or assistance. We eventually spoke to Martin and he was very helpful, answered all our queries regarding the one's we were interested in we decided to order a corner sofa through him. Highly recommend FW Homestores and would buy from them again.
