Customer service was very good but the courier and the condition the purchase arrived was shocking. The item itself needs more robustness and more quality parts that match.

Nice garden bench
Received the garden seat quickly. It was relatively easy to put together, apart from one small issue of one of the holes not being aligned exactly where the screw fitted in but we resolved this ourselves. Happy with the finished product.

Looks good , feels very Cheap
Looks good feels Very Cheap
Order no: 66946
Delivered on time and we must give them credit for.
the colour that we chose looked Good . Feels like cheaply made from very soft wood , cushions once sat on have no bounce and they feel like they will perish soon. Very poor

Hi
Thank you for your review. We're glad to hear your order arrived on time and that you were pleased with the colour.
We’d like to reassure you that this set is crafted from eucalyptus hardwood — a dense, durable timber specifically chosen for its strength, stability and suitability for outdoor use. It’s a material we stand behind, and one that performs exceptionally well when cared for correctly.
The cushions are also made using high-quality, weather-resistant materials, tested to retain both comfort and structure through regular use. We’re confident in the quality of every component — and while we appreciate that first impressions can be subjective, our products are designed and built to last.
If you believe there may be a genuine fault, our customer care team is here to help and will look into any concerns swiftly and thoroughly.
Warm regards,
Claire

They sell extremely overpriced
They sell extremely overpriced. I bought an item from them and then found the exact item 80 gbp cheaper in Scotsdale’s garden shop. Contacted the customer care and asked for a justification for this huge price difference. They have explained the issue with a big overhead. So make sure you look somewhere else before u buy from them.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear you were disappointed.
While prices can vary between retailers, we aim to offer fair value through the quality of our products and the services that support them. Many of our pots are large and fragile, so we use a premium, fully insured delivery service designed to get them to your home safely. This includes specialist packaging and careful handling, helping to prevent damage in transit and often saving our customers the additional expense of transporting bulky, breakable items themselves.
We also offer tailored advice, dedicated customer care, and aftercare support to ensure a seamless experience from purchase to placement.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns, and we’ll keep your comments in mind as we continue to review our pricing and service.
Warm regards
Laurence

Great company to deal with quick and efficient delivery.
We have had this garden set before and love the style so decided to order the same again.
Gardenesque offered a great discount which we were highly delighted with and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

The large pot is a real statement piece
Prompt delivery, arrived within about three days of ordering It’s a lovely pot, absolutely huge but fab, a real statement piece. It’s more of a blueish grey, fortunately that goes well in my room.

Good products, excellent service
First, the quality of the four pots that I purchased from Gardenesque really is excellent.
However one pot was damaged in transit and Laurence from Gardenesque went out of his way to make sure that the problem was solved immediately and within a couple of days a replacement pot had arrived.
One can tell a lot about a company by the way in which they deal with problems and the service that Gardenesque provided demonstrates that they're people from whom one can buy with confidence.
