We had RICS level 3 Building completed; turnaround time was very fast I think less than 3 days. Later on had a call with our surveyor - Robert Mons, who was very helpful in explaining any questions we had basis the report. With his suggestion, we also completed additional inspections for our own peace of mind. Very happy with the service.

Joe sweetman was lovely to speak to and very helpful.

My experience with GOTO group has been excellent. I have had GOTO group complete two surveys, both times - response times have been excellent. Any queries were answered within a couple of hours. Thankyou Nicole for making the process a good experience.

I was recommended the GOTO Group by a friend and I dealt with Harry Caitlin initially to get a survey booked in. He went through each level of survey and within a week it was booked in. Katie Wilcox-Smith completed my survey and the report was ready to view just the day after - which is amazing! As we are first time buyers as you can imagine the survey looks quite scary but Katie was more than happy to spend her time explaining each part of the report to me which really put my mind at ease. Everyone at GOTO group is really easily contactable and it never felt pushy or like they wanted to make extra money, they were just happy to help. I would highly recommend. They also do price match (within reason) which is a really great feature although they were one of the most reasonably priced on the market anyway!
