Excellent Level 2 Home Survey experience from start to finish with GOTO. The report was thorough, clear, and easy to follow, giving me real confidence about the property.

What really stood out was how confident they made me feel in trusting them with the survey. Everyone involved came across as highly competent, professional, kind. It was clear they knew exactly what they were doing and genuinely cared about getting it right for me.

A special thank you to Katie, who kindly called me afterwards and patiently explained anything I didn’t quite understand, her help made the whole process straightforward and reassuring. Highly recommended!

Myself and my partner are first time buyers and have found the house buying process quite overwhelming, especially after previously pulling out of a house purchase due to issues discovered in the survey.
Our mortgage adviser recommended Goto. I received a call back from Goto and a quote quickly. They were able to essentially match another cheaper quote I had received. The survey was booked and arranged with the estate agents within a day of paying for two weeks later. Andrew Silverthorne conducted the survey and we received the report a few working days later.
The report went into good detail and included pictures of the property.
I would recommend Goto, they provided a really smooth and excellent service.

I booked a survey with them and paid right away, they then emailed me saying they got the fees wrong and it was actually more than double what i had already paid them. I immediately asked why and they couldn't tell me. I then asked for a refund so i could book elsewhere and they took 3 days to get back to me and ask for my details to process the refund immediately, to which i responded promptly and I didn't receive my refund as promised. I am currently still chasing them for my money.

Very pushy trying to sell something you don’t have to have and didn’t mention that it wasn’t necessary. Didn’t like that at all and put a complaint in straight away still awaiting refund.
