Great Plates Avaliações

Original plates ordered and delivered promptly and very competitively. They were of excellent quality but 7 months on one developed a defect and was replaced free of charge and hassle, within three days of reporting the problem. Fantastic service!

An excellent quality product, provided by a local company with superb customer service. Ordered and collected same day - would highly recommend!

Found site and see all the different types of reg plates you do from std to fancy show plates. So I ordered a set of show plates very easy to order with display of how it would look. Price was great service was great all round great company thanks

Couldn’t be more helpful, wouldn’t but plates from anywhere else

I turned up at their collection point without any prior notice to speak to someone about getting some new plates made up. I was taken up to their office where I was shown the templates available and the chosen ones were produced whilst I waited. All very efficient.

My first experience and initial number plate order with Great Plates was going very well, having spoken via telephone with both Shena and Tim, prior to placing the order. I found most ‘online’ number plate replacement businesses will not engage with clients by phone.

Shena was so extremely attentive, friendly and professional, taking great care to establish exactly my requirements. I paid for express Royal Mail / Jersey Post Special Delivery method, anticipating receipt of the goods within 2 working days. 9 days later they were still held in transit, hence, I was forced to buy a duplicate set from my local Halfords…far more expensive I might add.

Throughout the waiting time, both Shena & Tim telephoned and e-mailed me, with both apologies and regular transit updates. Their combined communication skills were excellent. Eventually, I received a full refund without argument or fuss, together with a final apology.

Although my order did not arrive, it was no fault of the good folk at Great Plates, all thanks to the appalling lack of service by Royal Mail and/or Jersey Post.

I would most definitely do business with Great Plates again in the future as their customer awareness, service and dedication to please is fantastic. Only disappointment is the work and commitment they showed to their customer resulted in a financial loss to themselves, due to disgraceful postal/courier service, who should seriously compensate Great Plates.

At first I thought that there was some kind of protective film over the plates causing a ridge around the whole perimeter so I tried picking it off with my finger nail and then the paint just chipped off.
Show plates...in general, people with show cars have a meticulous eye for detail, they buy only the best quality components but these plates are DISAPPOINTEDLY POOR!
After contacting the company I was told, no refunds and no apology for the shoddy workmanship just some generic non specific apology, so I can only assume that ALL their aluminium pressed plates come out this BAD!
I wish I could post Photos on Trust Pilot!
YOU CAN SEE THE PHOTOS of their awful work on their Great Plates Facebook Reviews!

Ordered some plates for my new car, I dealt with a lady called Shena who was fantastic, couldn’t fault her she was polite, friendly and went through everything with me. Will definitely be back! And the plates look great thank you 😊

Fantastic customer service and I received my order the next day.

I have used these guys a couple of times and can highly recommend great emails and a fast delivery every time 100%

In an economic climate of unregulated chancers on the make, this company stand out for providing a service that they genuinely care about.

Good service and great response from customer service agents. I had a slight issue with my initial plates - these were remediated with a replacement issued quickly. I have since used Great Plates again for another set of plates.

Absolutely amazing service ordered plates as recently returned to the UK so had to change the plates back.
