Absolutely amazing customer service from Shena who was very helpful in accomodating my needs of a trailer plate. Super fast delivery. Highly recommend this supplier. Thank you again!

I recently bought a set of pressed steel silver and black plates from Great Plates and couldn’t be happier with the product and service. The plates arrived super quick, are superb quality and were very carefully packaged. The customer care and service is second to none and I won’t be buying my plates anywhere else in future. If you need anything specific or any advice they are worth contacting directly as they are extremely helpful.

Ordered very reasonably priced plates on line very easily and arrived within couple of days , unfortunately they were incorrect, their mistake but it was resolved very quickly with no fuss. Excellent customer service, would recommend.

Everything from start to arrival was a breeze. A credit to the Internet for a change

Excellent product & great customer service. I ordered the incorrect layout on the website but when I phoned they resolved the issue for me instantly. Highly recommended.

Stunning how fast I get it delivered, good quality, as well , good price

These guys and girls were so unbelievably good. I made the error - told them too late, not only did they correct my mistake for no extra charge but then supplied all plates the very next day.

Great communication and customer service, speedy response to all email's. I would recommend them.Shena was very helpful and professional with a few questions about my order. A good company to deal with.Update.. I received my number plate within 2 working days of ordering it, it is exactly as I ordered. The help and assistance from Shena was very good. A nice and responsive service which I will definitely use and refer to other buyers.

Faultless service !!
I ordered my 'pressed plates' for my classic car Sunday evening. Prices were on a par with others, but no necessity to send them my original documentation etc.
Confirmation received very quickly, so no worrying about wether my order was received or not. I had a small query Monday morning, and again a reassuring response was received promptly.
My plates arrived Tuesday morning, and to say I was pleased is an understatement. The quality is superb and I was fortunate to receive an additional plate free of charge, because it failed to meet their quality control checks, great for me, one for the garage wall !!
Their website is easy to use, their prices are competitive, their communication is top notch and the product quality is second to none (I have used on-line plate supplier on several occasions) all in all, an absolutely faultless service, one that I would and will recommend and without hesitation, I will use again.
THANK YOU !!

Nothing is too much trouble!

I don't usually write reviews. I can't praise this company enough. I needed plates in a hurry. Rang the telephone number spoke to the lady who helped me place my order through the very easy to use website. They arrived the very next day.
Nice to be able to telephone to talk to someone.

Can't complain about anything. Ordered over the weekend, plates arrived today exactly as ordered. Edit: most importantly, they were half the price of that quoted by another company!

Absolutely fab service, exactly what I was looking for and super quick delivery

I ordered my black & silver plates on Monday & they arrived Friday, Excellent. I am delighted with the quality of these Perspex plates & from a distance they would be hard to distinguish from the pressed type plate. Thank you, a happy customer!

Ordered the plate (only one needed) on the Saturday 14th, arrived Tuesday 17th in the morning. Full fixing kit supplied. Very good price, Recommended.
