Jason from Staines branch was very helpful, answered the questions I had in a timely manner and overall made the route to buying my log cabin a good experience

Good service from Sue at the Staines branch. I knew exactly what I wanted, (an ex-display model) but she still took time to check details and to print off an instruction book with associated documents.

Recommended.

Jason at Staines site is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I’m so glad I visited this site for a greenhouse and met him. I can’t fault him in anyway. My experience from start to finish today was wonderful!

A very good choice of greenhouses so found exactly the one that suited me. Sue explained does and don’ts about erecting the greenhouse and the additional items available, very helpful.

My wife and I were looking for a new greenhouse and visited the Greenhouse People in Staines.
We were looking around the various models on site and Jason approached us to offer his help and advice.
Jason’s knowledge was invaluable, he asked us about our requirements and guided us through the various greenhouses that would suit our needs.
He appraised us of planning rules and gave us a list of fitters we could contact to install the greenhouse.
The process of deciding and buying the greenhouse was seamless and we’re now looking forward to the delivery.

While searching for a replacement for my old shed, I was approached by Jason. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products available. He understood my requirements and gave me a number of options. A few days later I returned and again Jason showed me on the computer all the details I needed. Paid deposit. WELL DONE JASON.

I went to braehead greenhouse people and was attended to by Tony McInulty. Tony was excellent on customer service and help, explaining all the options available and advice on standard and ultimate packages on summer houses. He was effective and very helpful in organising the purchase of the summer house, he gave of his time so you did not feel rushed to make a decision. I could not have been provided with a better service, examining all the potential options available to me. Great service and customer relations.

Well what a fantastic experience it has been buying a greenhouse from the greenhouse people at Ditchling garden centre. From beginning to end I could not fault it. Dealing with the extremely helpful David and Jon who went over and above to help me with my greenhouse purchase. Also the fitter mark was absolutely fantastic. If I could award them all more than 5⭐️ I would. Many thanks to all. Really looking forward to my venture into greenhouse growing. 😊👏

My greenhouse was delivered by a very friendly driver exactly at the right time to coincide with my installer's arrival to put it up. All parts were there, everything fitted. It's strong and sturdy and looks set to outlast me. Put up by Denham Installations, who were lovely. Very prompt, tidy, friendly, and kind. Did a lovely job and left everything tidy. I have been delighted by this whole process.

I bought a Hex garden storage shed in metal from these people,

I was served by Sue, who is outstanding, professional, and very knowledgeable with even help from people who can help if you needed a base (or similar).

Excellent overall experience,
love the Hex metal garden shed,

Would definitely recommend Sue and the team, will definitely buy the next garden shed from these people

I am a returning customer, having bought a greenhouse from The Greenhouse People 5 years ago. Since then, we have moved and we were so pleased with our purchase at the last house that we decided to go back to this company.
I dealt with Jason at the Staines branch. Excellent all round experience. Jason really knows how to look after his customers, and I am very glad we decided to go back there. 10/10

From the outset the staff at Ditchling were brilliant, and very informative. I was so indecisive but Jon was so patient. My greenhouse is now in situ and it all went so smoothly, and any little thing that needed doing during installation was handled so efficiently. I could not be happier.

We have bought our Malvern Heavy Apex 8x12 from Tony at Dobbies Braehead. Tony was great start to finish, very knowledgable and easy to talk to. Delivery will be in early November and I have no qualms that a good job will be done. This gives us time to prep the area. Tony has given us his card and all relevant info and we were incredibly happy to purchase this.

My greenhouse experience; (booked through Alphonso at the Peterborough showroom) was first class. Delivery was efficient, greenhouse is just amazing (Alton Elmhurst cedar with light green capping on a dwarf wall). Best of all the top ranked fitting team, led by Phil Oxlade, was just exceptional. Cannot fault any aspects of the experience - which when you are spending serious money on a greenhouse is all you can hope for (all expectations surpassed).

I was very grateful to Jason at the Staines site, for the caring way he understood my dilemma and offered a resolution to my problem and was even prepared to sacrifice a day off to ensure the problem was escalated. Fortunately I was able to resolve the issue, but he still had my gratitude.

We had a good experience buying our wee lean-to greenhouse from the Greenhouse People. Efficient service, helpful staff and would definitely recommend Denholm Installations to take care of the construction. All in all we were very happy with our purchase and final result.

A big thanks to Jon at The Greenhouse People at Notcutts in Ditchling. Jon spend time with us explaining the differences between the styles of greenhouses and sent a query to their head office as we were looking for something slightly non-standard. He confirmed everything that we required could be accommodated and the order was placed. The communication between ourselves and Greenhouse People was very good and they were flexible regarding the delivery date. The Greenhouse has been installed by Tony Birbeck who was very good and professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending Tony to anyone who requires an installation service. Once again a big thanks to Jon and Tony, the process of getting a new greenhouse was made so easy. The date shown below was the original contact and discussion date, but due to other work, the greenhouse was installed on 8th August.

The greenhouse people in Ditchling are a fantastic company to deal with- the kind of company people remember fondly because dealing with them is a rare pleasure. The people who work there (hello Jon!) are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I wholeheartedly recommend paying them a visit.

Fantastic greenhouse delivered on time and to a safe place - now taking pride of place in my garden following a speedy clean and professional installation by the lovely Ryan Miller!

We’d been looking for a greenhouse for some time as we had an awkward spot to fill and we found Tony McInulty very helpful, allowing us to look at al the different greenhouses ourselves but also being available if we needed any help with our final selection.
