Price cheaper than high street well known shops and small independent business. Used reputable delivery company FedEx.
Only feedback is that packaging was not great - very loose but nothing damaged

Great Customer Service
The cruet set I ordered was despatched quickly, but was slightly damaged when it arrived. Customer Services were very helpful and a replacement set was sent promptly. Friends who were here at the time were so impressed they have ordered 3 for Christmas presents!

Poor customer service and no item
I am extremely disappointed with both the service and the overall experience provided by this company.
We placed an order on 26th April with an estimated delivery timeframe of 4-6 weeks. After 8 weeks had passed without receiving either our order or any updates, I had to start chasing the company myself for information. Customer services did not respond to my emails for over a week, and I was forced to try multiple methods of contact, including social media, telephone calls, and eventually contacting someone who had previously emailed me when the item was still sitting in my basket.
Attempting to speak to someone by phone was equally frustrating. Calls were disconnected, and I tried contacting multiple stores without success. After another week, two members of staff eventually contacted me, only to provide completely different delivery timeframes.
Following a further two-week wait, despite being assured that the company would keep us updated, it was actually FedEx that informed us of a delivery date. We arranged time off work to receive the order, only for the delivery date to change at the last minute.
When the order finally arrived, after approximately 10 weeks of waiting, it was only a partial delivery. We received the garden chairs, but the garden table, which was part of the set, was missing. We immediately contacted customer services and were told they would urgently investigate the matter with FedEx and keep us informed. Once again, no updates were provided.
After another week with no communication, I requested that the incomplete order be collected and a refund issued. The items were collected, but once again nobody contacted us to confirm receipt or explain what was happening. After waiting yet another week, I had to email again asking where my refund was. I never received a response, although the refund eventually appeared in my bank account shortly afterwards.
The most disappointing aspect of all of this has been the complete lack of customer service and communication. For 12 weeks, the company held our money while failing to provide the goods we ordered, and throughout the process we were repeatedly forced to chase for updates that never came.
We specifically chose this company because we wanted to support a local, independent business. Unfortunately, this experience has left us feeling let down, frustrated and upset. In hindsight, I wish we had gone with a larger retailer from the outset.
I would not recommend this company based on our experience.

Outstanding Customer Service
Despite changing our delivery date for our Dulwich table several times, the team of Holloways of Ludlow Winchester were always kind and accommodating. When we finally confirmed a delivery date, their transportation broke down. Unfortunately we were on a tight schedule and couldn't wait for their next official delivery. The Winchester team were fantastic, went out of their way to find a solution and got us our table delivered on time for our removal company to take it to France with our other belongings. Outstanding Customer Service!
