If there was no stars rating then would…

If there was no stars rating then would give this company this rating. I have been trying to obtain a faulty part for my light for 5 months. I have had numerous promises that it is on its way. The customer service has been terrible and also because they are based in France they rely on the fact that people won’t take it further . Please do not use this site - use a trusted retailer.

Katastrophal

Ich hab einen Tisch von Pols Potten bestellt.
Er ist aus Keramik und war ohne jeden Schutz im Karton. Das Paket war auch von außen nicht gekennzeichnet, dass es sich um zerbrechliche Ware handelt. Nun ignoriert die Firma mich. Weder äußert sie sich dazu, ob ich Ersatz oder mein Geld zurück bekomme. Noch ob sie das kaputte, schwere Monster zurück haben wollen, oder ob ich es entsorgen muss. Ich befürchte das Schlimmste und hoffe, es sind keine Betrüger. Aber die anderen Bewertungen ängstigen mich, es geht um viel Geld.

DNA - still not arrived..1mth after order

Delivery due 8/5/25. Twice said delivery today (29/5,1/6) and still not delivered.
Very poor delivery service.

We understand french customs delay is outside your control but would suggest you use a different delivery company in the uk. The package cleared customs 22/5 and still hasn’t arrived on 2/6.

Huge delivery delays

Promises of delivery not fulfilled. You think you are dealing with a company based in the UK - you ring a UK number etc. They are in France. Two weeks after assuring me the item I was ordering was in their warehouse, it is still in their warehouse......

Order arrived damaged

My order arrived damaged and I raised an after-service request to get it replaced. However, I have not heard back after nearly two weeks. I have tried calling customer service a few times but am always told all the agents are busy.

I ordered my balcony furniture nearly 4…

I ordered my balcony furniture nearly 4 weeks ago and it still had not arrive even though it said 4-8 business days. I get updates from them saying slightly delayed which still show estimated delivery in the past. Twice this week it says estimated delivery last Thursday. Unacceptable and it takes a number of days to get a response. I will never use again and have no idea when I will get the furniture so I can sit out on our balcony.

Trust pilot is asking me what I thought of my order BUT I have not received it !!
I have tried to contact Made in Design but can only do so via email. The telephone number provided does not get you through to anyone.
Made in Design have responded to my email query by cancelling the query by saying you have merged the queries ? Why not just answer the query ?

Extremely disappointing service – no shipping, no communication

I placed an order for an item that was listed as available, but two weeks later, it still hasn’t been shipped. There have been no meaningful updates on my order status.

What’s even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. I’ve sent multiple messages asking for updates and have received no response at all. Being ignored as a customer is unacceptable.

At this point, I have no idea when (or if) my order will be dispatched.

This is very disappointing, and I would not recommend ordering from them based on the lack of transparency and support.
