Very slow delivery
I ordered an 'in stock' shelving that was supposed to dispatch same day according to their website, but 10 days had passed and no news of it. I had to follow up several times, and their customer service kept promising that it is about to be picked up by the courier .This went on for days. It was disappointing as I needed it quicker and lots of other shops had this item, so should have just ordered from anywhere else.

Holloways of Ludlow Winchester
We visited the Holloways of Ludlow showroom shop, in Winchester and were blown away with pretty much most of the products on display. It is very rare that you find everything you like in one shop, the lighting, the furniture etc. We left the shop in the morning after seeing so much that we liked, and then went back in the afternoon to purchase new lighting and furniture. Even though we live an hour and half away, Ramona the Manager was so helpful and accommodating to all our needs. Even a few days later the communication has been excellent, she has been outstanding in her helpfulness. Thank you. We can't wait to receive our new furniture and lighting. We will definitely look again at the website in the future.

Beautiful lighting and great prices
Loved the wall lights I received, sadly the pendant lights, although beautiful themselves and vintage in style, were let down by the very modern ceiling roses attached. I just wish you could pick your style of ceiling rose on order, as I’ve now had to find replacements elsewhere.
Can’t fault the service, choice or price of items with this store though - very happy with these.

I absolutely adore shopping at this store. Every member of staff that I’ve come
Across is helpful and kind. I love feeling comfortable to shop and
Sometimes just to browse. They have created a lovely in store environment. The product selection is fantastic as I love all HAY products I have recently ordered a HAY dog bed from the store and it was super quick and easy and I’ve been kept up to date with the order process the whole time and it’s felt like a personal shopping experience that you just don’t get in most stores.

Top quality product. Don’t trust the Amazon knockoff versions that are lying about their ip44 rating. Buy this instead. All the seals, and all of the quality finish you’re looking for. Twice the price but 10 times the value for money.

The standard of service
Overall Experience: Disappointed
I have been a satisfied customer of Holloways of Ludlow for in-store purchases for many years. However, my recent online experience has been unsatisfactory and significantly below the standard I've come to expect.
I placed an Order 3rd March
Delivery received: 28th July
Even though I had contacted on several occasions to inquire about the delays, I found the customer service team unhelpful and unwilling to provide adequate support or explanation. Customer service had not contacted me throughout the 5 months of waiting for the delivery.
While I remain a loyal customer for in-store shopping, I cannot recommend Holloways of Ludlow online purchasing service in its current state. There is a clear disconnect between the quality of your retail operations and your online platform.
