Honest got messed around with dates of you coming out, soap dish i thought, this also meant were softner goes and powder, this was not done, he fixed a crack at the back dish was not replaced disapointed to say the leaset as this is covered by my insurance. Gentleman seemed a bit upset as he was at my house just a ltlle after 7am and i felt he was in a hurry. Again this was not my fault. Please can you rectify this situation with the soap dis many thanks.

I reported a problem with my cooker and freezer, within a week both items were replaced at just a small cost to me , i would recommend home appliance guard as the monthly insurance payments are affordable as well

My neighbour has been waiting for a week now to be given a time when their washing machine will be repaired. This after many years of paying for expensive cover.

Every time they phone to find out what is happening, firstly they have to wait for ages for anyone to answer. They are then told 'someone will phone you tomorrow'. Those phone calls never happen.

So now the agent simply tells them they are transferring them to the case manager, but actually puts them on interminable hold. I have just witnessed them wasting 45 minutes going through this cycle 3 times.

This seems like a massive scam by a company that does not employ enough customer support agents or tradesmen. If my neighbours had phoned a local tradesman, this would be fixed by now. They paid for peace of mind, and are being left highly distressed by this disgrace of a company.

This was the worst experience I've had. I don't know what's changed but the service is slow, they won't let you speak to a manager, you have to wait 2 days later for them to contact you. Some engineers lie that they completed a job but haven't. It took almost 3 weeks for my tumble dryer to be repaired. I'm looking else where for another company. I had enough.

I have had an excellent experience with Home Appliance Guard, particularly with Daniel, Russell, Mia and Alicia, who have all been incredibly helpful when dealing with my recent queries.

I particularly appreciate being able to communicate and receive updates by email, as this is by far the most convenient and preferred way for me to deal with things. Everyone I have dealt with has been helpful, professional and responsive throughout.

Easy to arrange, engineer contact with a detailed timing as of what time he would be arriving, he also had the parts required to fix it without having to wait , polite and super efficient. Would highly recommend.

They were helpful and efficient, my washing machine was fixed within 48hour after reporting it not working, pleasant and helpful technicians.

Engineer booked in for 3 days after initial call made, but do have the option to choose a suitable date, had to wait 2 weeks for parts as 1 wasn't available. Repair ended up being fidlier than expected but engineer went above and beyond to get it fixed!

Home Appliance Guard have been excellent - except that the company they referred me to to come and fix my washing machine arrived 15mins earlier than scheduled with no advance warning and no request whether it would be OK. As it was scheduled for 9am, 15 mins was significant - luckily I was dressed!!
