Bee was very knowledgeable and helpful in understanding what the situation was with my product disfunction and was earnest in her approach to help. I give her 5 stars on all counts as she went above and beyond.

Turned up on the day, though a little later than the expected time slot, not guaranteed of course .

I have all my household appliances covered with Home Appliance Guard. They are very good value. Ive had very easy communication with the agents and very quick and reliable repairs. Engineers are excellent and always come within the time specified.

I didn’t have to wait long for an engineer to come out to me. He couldn’t fix it then, as he hadn’t the parts,
but came 2 days later and repaired it.
