Great at first, Amy replied to all my emails promptly including when I emailed worried about the website being down and questioned if it was a scam. Amy reassured me that she was doing some work on the website.
It frustrates me that this lady is stealing from people especially so close to Christmas. I’ve emailed and have received no replies.

SCAM I must be so gullable, Amy is good at being helpfuland and reasurring but when the items don't arrive and you email and amy promised a refund but does not refund then it's obvious that as a customer I've been taken for a fool. I don't know how she sleeps at night. Hopefully with trading standards and my bank who are looking at fraud she may not get away with it. She is in lincoln and I've passed all details on. Lesson learnt. DONT USE THIS SITE

Again same as everyone else knew I should have trusted my gut reported it to my bank and they have reported it as fraud and is running an investigation however they won’t give the money back they said if they could get the funds back from her account they would but since have written and said her account is empty so I can’t get my money back gutted as it was Xmas gifts too for my daughter now I have no gifts and no money

As others have said….this must be a scam website despite seeming legitimate.
order being delivered, doesn’t turn up, re delivered, doesn’t turn up, request to refund, no refund, then all contact shut down. Don’t be scammed, spend your money elsewhere.

Worlds evil woman!! Amy woods or Amy whoever you are!! Fake fake fake. So many excuses full of lies. Now I'm £96 down and she knew I'm dying and this is my last Xmas with my children.

Bought an item that was out of stock everywhere else 4 weeks ago, tried to locate messages to chase up and cannot find and checked website and closed down will now try and contact the bank

Exactly the same experience as others. Ordered and paid for my item, was told it had been shipped and would be sent within 5-7 working days. That was now about 6 weeks ago and the company are no longer replying to emails. Avoid at all costs!

So I’ve ordered from here before, no issues, goods arrived albeit later than expected. Anyway, thought I’d order again and this time it looks as though I’ve not been so lucky…. Thought it was a genuine family run business, I guess not. Amy Fewster is not even replying to my emails now… seems as though this is a scam for the majority of good people wanting to make Christmas special for their kids.

DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE …. It’s a scam! I was fooled into paying for an order a few days later 2 fraudulent transactions were taken from my bank (whilst I can’t prove it I think they stole me bank card details) - luckily bank return money- contacted website for refund of original £25, theyve now stopped replying to my emails. I have reported them to trading standards via Citizens advice!

This company are scammers. I like so many others paid for a Christmas present only for nothing to arrive. Please don't fall for it.

Same story as most people, only wished I’d seen these reviews first. Ordered gifts for my daughter’s birthday, promised delivery in plenty of time. Promised two delivery dates and nothing arrived. Left me rushing out last minute to get gifts. Then promised a refund which two weeks later still hasn’t arrived. It is beyond me how someone can con people out of money when they are buying toys for children. Absolutely disgusting. As it’s just under £100 I haven’t been able to get anything back from the bank. I am now reporting to Action Fraud / police. Please can everyone do the same as they shouldn’t be able to get away with this. The name I had was Amy Fewster, which must be correct I assume as it was a bank account but I could be wrong. Avoid them like the plague.

This is a scam website. Ordered a box of Lego which never arrived. They gave me 3 delivery dates all of which came and went, promised me a refund 3 times which i never received. Complete scammers and should be avoided.

Yes this site had me as well. Should have done the research before pressing the buy button.
Given a delivery date which came and went - twice!
Then I cancelled as it would arrive in time and was promised a refund. When it never arrived api contacted again to be told “ if it isn’t in my account by Monday she would personally send it herself” guess what - it never arrived!

Reported to Action fraud. Took money never sent goods.

Ordered a Melissa and Doug set for my daughter. Was told quickly it had been despatched but it has never arrived.
Chased it up with them twice and they said they send another one but that hasn’t arrived either. I have requested they refund me but now they are not responding to me. Cannot recommend this site.

Ordered on the 18 th October still not received my item have contacted them only to be promised that I will receive item told 2 days ago I would receive a full refund which I haven't and now I'm getting no replies to my emails anymore and website has now been suspended I'm livid 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Unfortunately I also found these reviews too late. Paid for an item on 28th October, no sign of delivery and the website is now down. Will have to claim through my bank.

UPDATE: It is proving difficult as my Bank (NatWest) is not providing a refund on the basis that a legitimate payment intermediary was used, GoCardless. GoCardless are saying by Bank should be raising the dispute.

UPDATE 2: As another reviewer has noted as the value is under £100 my bank is not going to refund it unless it is able to recover it... so so frustrating.

Website now down - says it all!

Absolutely disgusting that they claim to be a small business and take peoples hard earned money. I was duped by them and fell for their lies of "the goods have been dispatched" and also "the refund is being processed".

Can i please urge others on here to contact the police about them to get them brought to justice.

Also flag the fake reviews as being that as these are not genuine people.

I can’t believe I fell for this Scam site - ordered something for my daughter for Christmas which hasn’t arrived and now I’m getting no response from the company and all the links to tracking info and the website itself has disappeared. Absolutely gutted. What rights do we have? Is there any way to get our money back?
