Came across this site whilst looking for something for Christmas. Made an account then changed my mind. Just checked emails and these wallies want £54 off me when I purchased nothing. Always check trust pilot before purchasing from any unknown companies.

Despite apparently sending it three times I never received my order (or have any idea who the delivery company was as didn’t get a tracking or postage notification). I requested a refund which I’ve still not received, apparently an issue with Stripe but its becoming suspicious that it’s always another company’s issue not there’s…. This has been ongoing three months now. Started to wonder if this is a scam company….

I had a great experience, can't fault them at all. Ordered a brilliant child's toy at a great price. Item arrived quickly, communication was excellent throughout. No issues. Would order from them again. Thanks!

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.
This "company" takes your money but doesn't send any goods then won't refund even though they say they will. I've taken action as someone else has also.

The orders never arrive.
The company always respond to emails quickly apologising and saying they will resend but nothing ever materialises. I ordered months ago and they always give a future delivery date but the date comes and the order never does.

Beware this is a scam website!
Exactly the same experience as the other negative reviews, I placed an order, and after several chasing emails it has never arrived. I was reassured I would receive a refund and unsurprisingly that has never materialised either. I agree with others that they must be writing their own positive reviews. Hopefully this website will be closed down soon before any more of us lose our money.

Unfortunately this is a scam website. Like many other reviews below I placed my order and paid the invoice and was promised delivery by 18th Oct. Lo and behold nothing arrived and I was promised delivery asap. No tracking information ever given and no refund received. They must be writing their own positive reviews, do not order from this website.

Really competitive prices, in fact way below my expectations, there was a problem with delivery which was sorted very quickly and managed well.
Will definitely use again.

Items received and happy with the price. Only problem i had was the delivery. The driver just gave a small knock then left parcel on front step without seeing if anybody was in. I don't have a drive so anybody could have taken parcel. But apart from that received quick service

Ordered a Learning Resources product for my daughter for Christmas. All received fine and no problems. Delivered via amazon and this was communicated to me beforehand. Great competitive prices! I would use this website again

Ordered my daughter’s birthday present from here the 10~10~2024 and I’m still waiting . When ordered was given the date of the 18th for delivery , when that date came and went I emailed and asked for tracking to which I got an email saying it would be delivered on the Monday 21st . Still not able to provide me the tracking Im now in contact with my bank and action fraud because Iv no purchase and one upset little girl . Be very cautious when using this website

So glad I found this company, it's a hidden gem . It sells great products at fantastic prices , commication from order to delivery was 5* .I would highly recommend.

I have ordered more then a month ago and the products never arrived. I have sent them numerous emails. They keep saying that they sent the products and will arrive on Monday. But nothing received. They don't want to give neither the products nor the money. It's a huge scam! Don't trust the good reviews. You'll lose money.

ordered and not received the goods, no refund received either. I don’t think this company are very good people, don’t spend your hard earned money with them and make the same mistake many of us have. It seems they are leaving their own positive reviews too!

Great services and competitive prices. Was initially a bit weary ordering from a site I didn't know but the service was great. It was a little slow to recieve my items but worth the wait given the good prices. Communications from the company was great. They responded to emails quickly and delivered on what they promised. Ordered an item in August and it still hasn’t arrived. 2 months later after multiple emails and false promises regarding delivery updates and refunds I am still yet to receive my item or refund. If it isn’t a scam it is literally the worst service I have ever encountered. Don’t risk ordering anything from them.

Do not order of this fake low life payed for a dressing up unit for my granddaughter was told lie after lie and god knows how many different delivery people it was coming with never got no money back of them had to go through my bank and fraud people luckily I had all the proof of there lies and the bank gave me my money back do not buy anything off them I’m not the only one they have done this to
