Ordered some bits for My Niece for christmas on the 16th of October. Sensory items that she wanted and some home learning bits. Cheap items that ordered equalling around £8 arrived but the actual items she wanted never turned up. Contacted asking when they were arriving, date changed twice, didn't arrive. After emailing so many times they said items were being resent had to keep chasing up about delivery, then surprise surprise dates changed again. Once again a no show and now emails are being completely ignored. Now the 13th of November and still no items! Absolutely disgusting how you can take peoples money and think it’s absolutely fine not to send out the items they have paid for!

Placed an order the 28th October for a Melissa and Doug toy. Order has not arrived within time frame. Link to track the order also does not work.

Emailed twice with no response. The item is also £30 more expensive now. Just in time for Christmas.

I will now be claiming through the bank to retrieve my money back.

I am currently dealing with this for over 27 days for a delivery that takes 5 to 7 days. Got some of my items finally, but the dearest item disappeared into thin air. I've never known of someone to need to resend so many items when they are apparently using big carriers that I use daily and no issues. No tracking can be provided for the items that never come, funny that? Little do they know one of my close friends is in the same boat and still waiting as well, we have been in disbelief the things that we have been promised, laughable really. The worst service I have ever been a part of. I would not bother ordering from this website, I do not know how they are still up and running as the reviews speak for themselves. I wish I would have seen the reviews previously before I ordered. SCAM SCAM SCAM! Refund has apparently been sent twice.. but date has come and STILL no refund. All details and emails are with the bank and fraud team, reported to go cardless and webador, I will reporting to every platform I can. I do not know how anyone could do this to so many people. Absolutely disgusting!

Absolute scam! How can you take money off people for toys for children at anytime in life never mind so close to Christmas!

A month ago my order was placed, contacted them last week to be told it was being despatched that Friday after about 2 weeks and.....a dispatch email was 2 days after payment! Anyways email response says delivery was changed to Tuesday morning (today) and they would find out why....why?? What courier are they claiming to be using.
Anyway yep, still no delivery, email sent and now funnily enough no response!
Absolutely disgusting. There website has been reported to action fraud part of the polices online scam and fraud service.
People unfortunately do not have much money for presents hence why we end up on sites like this, hoping to get a good deal to give our kids a good Christmas or birthday and then get sucked in by scammers who are doing a very good job at seeming legit.
They must have hired robots to give the good reviews because no way on earth has anyone received anything from this 'company'

Same problems as all the other reviews. This has been on going for months’.Promises of delivery twice (stayed in all day and night and still nothing!) now no replies to my messages at all. My daughter is so upset as it was a birthday present that she really wanted. It’s now out of stock everywhere else!

I am a single father of two, one of my children being disabled makes these kinds of sites even more devastating. I struggle with finances due to having such high costs for specialized equipment and toys for my boy.

Anyway, I ordered this train set for my little one after finding it for around 40% less than the competitors on the market.

Order was placed on the 5th of October, shortly followed by a confirmation email and another personalized email a few hours later confirming that payment was received and the item will be shipped asap.

On the 25th of October, I sent another email in relation to "where is my order?", shortly replied with a personal email saying the dispatch is closed and they will get back in touch in the morning.

I have sent numerous emails since and the seller has gone dark. I am now £50 out of pocket which was the main present for my son... These poachers are relying on desperate parents around Christmas time and unfortunately I have fallen for the scam.

Ordered 1st purchase on 10th October here we are 10th November so it's been a month and no parcel has arrived!!! We have now been told about 5 Different Dates and last Email were told that there was a courier problem and they were using a different courier and my Mother would receive Tracking and receive it before the end of the week sat in all yesterday and nothing and you guessed it no tracking number!!! Absolutely not on taking people's money and not sending out orders that's called Fraud

Ordered the trains and cranes set from here and got it for half the price!!!! Amazing communication and fast delivery. Thanks again!

Scam website. I ordered a toy which never arrived. Was given 3 separate delivery dates but still item never arrived. Requested a refund but this hasn't been issued either. Don't purchase anything from this company as they are fraudsters who have not replied to my last email requesting refund for the second time.

Recently contacted the guys for an update on an order. The order hadn’t arrived, however it was still within the 7-10days timeframe so it wasn’t late, but I just wanted an update/tracking information.

Initially sent a website contact us enquiry, got a reply really quickly. Spoke to a really helpful staff member via email, they informed me there’s been an issue with their delivery service. They had the item re-sent via next day delivery, recieveing tracking updates day before and day of delivery. Item arrived on the day they said it would in perfect condition. I really can’t fault the service I’ve received from original enquiry to item delivery.

I’d read the trust pilot reviews prior to contacting so was worried, however I’ve been pleasantly surprised on the service I’ve received.

I’ll be using these guys again in the future for sure.

Ordered a Melissa and Doug set from this website, cheaper than Amazon, dispatched quickly and arrived without any issues. Was a bit wary when I had to pay via an invoice emailed to me, rather than just using PayPal or something directly through the website but all worked out fine. Would definitely buy from this website again, thanks!

All I can say is that these people are scammers , took my money and have received nothing , everytime I email I get sorry but after 3 booked deliveries I’ve still no items , I asked for a refund and that hasn’t come either , I have reported to my bank and contacted the Police at Action Fraud who can see on trust pilot this company are regularly doing this and it wasn’t an isolated incident , it will indeed be investigated and she should be prosecuted, everyone that she has done this too needs to do the same , REPORT HER .

I recently purchased a board game that was almost half the price of other outlets. Customer service was SUPERB, to the point where I felt like I was exchanging messages with a friend rather than a stranger and delivery was really quick. I would definitely recommend this company and would certainly bear them in mind for future purchases of this type.
