Ordered quite a long list of items from this website I have never heard of them. I spent over £300 on some Christmas gifts for my niece and nephew I have received most of them but I was missing 4 items. I emailed them and received a response within a few minutes which is unheard of, I was refunded for the missing items and overall I’m very happy. Will definitely use again and I’m happy to recommend to my friends and family.

Ordered from this company and never received the initial order got in contact to be told a replacement would be sent out & I would receive it on the Saturday. Again nothing arrived this was almost 3 weeks after I placed the order in the first place. I got in touch again to be told there was a problem but assured it would be with me by the Monday. Monday came and went and nothing so I again got in contact & asked for a refund. On the 26th September I was told I would receive the refund within 5 days, you guessed it I’m still waiting.

Submitted order - received e-mail to say was in transit. Never arrived. E-mailed regarding same - Amy assured me it would be sent out that day - never arrived. E-mailed to request refund. Amy was very polite and assured me refund would be made within few days ….. still waiting. I would not recommend ordering from this site. Ordered September - last communication 8th October

I ordered something from this site for the first time yesterday and have been very pleased with both the item ordered and the service. Delivery was very quick, price was better than Amazon. I would certainly use again and would always try to support small independent UK suppliers where possible. I have read the negative reviews but from my experience, any problems will be sorted out by the owner.

I was a little apprehensive given the slightly 'oldschool' website and payment in advance, but as a small order the risk was low.
All turned out a great experience in the end though - ordered on the Sunday and it arrived safely on Thursday - pretty good considering I am in the far north of Scotland, even the big websites would struggle to beat that.
Comms was excellent - received confirmation of order immediately, and confirmation of payment received very soon after I sent it. I was kept up to date with dispatch, and they even checked in to make sure it had arrived safely - great customer service.
All round very pleased, and would happily recommend.

I Don't normally leave reviews because i use that many websites to buy things for our nursery that I would be here all day.... I brought 2 items from here on Saturday and they both arrived this morning without a hitch maybe I'm lucky?? who knows but i do know ill be trying again to see.

Very responsive emails I was Kept up to date from the order to when they arrived.

Scam site. Placed an order and haven't received the item nor a refund. No contact details other than an email address. Business does not seem to be registered with companies house under the website name. The address on the website suggests it's a residential street.
Had 2 email responses from at least 10 I sent requesting tracking details and later a refund.
Facebook page seems to be deleting msgs from others suggesting they've not received their orders either. The page creator updated with a post suggesting seller is struggling with order load. Then another post informing that the payment process is changing.

I ordered goods from this website on 2/09/24 despite several promises regarding delivery the goods failed to arrive .I cancelled the order on 19/09/24 and was advised refund would be in my account within 3/5 working days.I have still not received the refund .
Amy the owner is very responsive to emails however none of her responses have materialised .
