Everything went wrong with this booking…
Everything went wrong with this booking from mispronounced names to too many rooms and not what asked for and to not receiving confirmation emails.. I have been trying to rectify the errors for 2 days being constantly left hanging on the line to irritating music and nobody dealing with my situation. I'm vastly out of pocket, with unsuitable rooms and 1 more room than I needed which I cannot amend because your system is failing to address and deal with it.
