Very happy,healthy plants. Well packaged to protect these babies against the cold.

I have been lucky enough to receive 2 orders now as gifts. However on both occasions delivery with your chosen courier was problematic. The first was lost for several days as it was delivered to the local hospital rather than my residential address. The second was supposed to be next day delivery but resulted in 3 days at home because of confused app messaging and missed delivery slots. On the final day they changed the delivery slot and then delivered at an earlier time, fortunately while I was still home. Your chosen delivery partner sucks the joy out of receiving a plant as a gift or buying it yourself and the recent order was 2 plants that you say are at risk if below 15deg and were very cold inside the box maybe 5deg ish. Please don’t say you could have had a heat pack because if the delivery was as paid for (next day) you wouldn’t need one. So whilst these plants currently appear healthy there is no way to know if they have sustained long term damage and no different to buying tropical plants from a local market on a cold day. Your whole reason to exist is to sell exotic plants online to make the experience easy and to your door healthy protected from cold. If you can’t do this you’ve failed twice and I can’t recommend or consider making future purchases.
UPDATE AFTER RECEIVING REPLY FROM HOK: It was a gift to me I didn’t place the order, so not received an email as I didn’t place the order. I don’t want to complain about my gift to the sender but AS THE RECIPIENT don’t have confidence to buy from you after 2 problematic, time consuming and potentially damaging to the plants deliveries.

Lush plants, well packaged and quick delivery.

Plants arrived quickly and in very good shape. One shed a few leaves but some Hoyas are temperamental little things. All looking good now.

super quick delivery despite paying for the cheapest delivery service, brilliant quality plants, good packaging and nice and tight. no damage to the plant whatsoever, just wish the delivery was cheaper as i was paying £7 for the cheapest delivery, for a £10 plant. otherwise, couldnt complain and couldnt be happier :) thankyou

These plants where packaged extremely well, zero damage & minimal loose soil. They are doing well in my home so far & appear easy to care for. Definitely recommend ordering from here & I will do again soon

Having been unable to find specific plants locally, I tried House of Kojo’s online service. The website was informative and easy to order through. I actually updated the order over email with through the customer service email and found the team very responsive. The plants arrived quickly and as per the description online. Very happy with my purchase and the service. Would recommend.

All plants received from House of Kojo have been in such perfect condition. We tend to spend a good amount of money on house plants, so why not get them in perfect condition and at a reasonable price. I’m a big fan!
