Great plant shop. I bought several plants, they are looking great. Apart from the calathea but I’ve heard they are very temperamental. I’ve learnt a lot since having my new babies in my house.

So happy with my new plant baby. The click and collect service is great too and sometimes needed if, like me, you get tempted to buy more when in store.

I purchased a gift voucher for my son as a house warming present. I had no problem with the initial order, the voucher with a code was e emailed to me very quickly. What I am disappointed in is the fact that my son has not received an e mail, as I requested , to inform him of this gift (Because this is his first home I had spent a while thinking of the message I wanted to put with this upon him opening up the e mail ) I left it a couple of days before e mailing Hutch to explain that this message was not recieved by my son. This was 6 days ago and I have not received any response from Hutch. For this reason, I am only giving a one star as I don't believe this to be very good customer service.

I saw your shop while we were staying in Exeter, our son has a huge collection of different plants and as it was his birthday on 4th April I decided to add 5 more to his already large collection.
