Website for scammers! Never again will trust these so-called small projects start up backing websites. Too many projects undelivered or delivered products that do not work! They should be reported to Trading Standards and the FBI.
The particular campaign I have a complaint about is the The Thermometer by Thermbot. Scammed thousands of money from thousands of backers across different platforms. Who is responsible and who should be prosecuted for legally enabling scammers to thrive on hard-earned money from the regular customers?

SCAMMING
SCAMMING, THIEVING companies apply here. I purchased a product earlier this year, paid $215. The product arrived (after 5 months after estimated arrival, okay, whatever) The product finally arrived but NEVER worked, NO support from the campaign owner at all. I am stuck with a $215 piece of junk. I can't dispute my CC because of course it's over 6 months. I contacted Indiegogo and they said to open a dispute. I've done that 2 times now and each time I hear NOTHING back and when I log in, it says resolved. Nothing is resolved and Indiegogo continues to have this scamming company's campaign on their site. The comments on the campaign shows that there are many, many people just like me that have been scammed.

Betrug und kein hilfreiches Support-Team
Ich habe die Kampagne Neo PS1: Ultra-Short Throw Smart Projector unterstützt, und anfangs schien alles gut zu laufen. Doch nach dem Ende der Kampagne änderte sich die Situation völlig.
Am Ende der Kampagne wurden mir neben den Kosten für das Produkt zusätzlich Steuern, Versandkosten und die Kosten für die Projektionsleinwand berechnet und abgebucht. Bis dahin war ich geduldig und wartete weiter. Vor 2 Monaten wurde mir von den Kampagneninhabern mitgeteilt, dass ich eine Rückerstattung erhalten würde und das Geld innerhalb eines Monats bei mir sein sollte. Jetzt sind 2 Monate vergangen, und ich habe immer noch keine Rückerstattung erhalten.
Ich verstehe, dass Indiegogo eine Crowdfunding-Plattform ist und keine Garantie für Käufe bietet. Dennoch finde ich, dass zumindest die zusätzlichen Kosten für Steuern, Versand und die Projektionsleinwand irgendwie durch die Plattform abgesichert werden sollten. Leider hat Indiegogo in dieser Hinsicht keinerlei Unterstützung geleistet und zeigte völlige Gleichgültigkeit.
Darüber hinaus haben die Kampagneninhaber jegliche Kommunikation eingestellt. Diese Situation hat mich dazu gebracht, sowohl die Glaubwürdigkeit der Plattform als auch der Kampagneninhaber ernsthaft in Frage zu stellen.
Ich habe keine Hoffnung mehr, von Indiegogo eine Lösung zu erhalten. Aber ich werde diese Plattform in Zukunft nicht mehr nutzen und kann sie auch niemandem empfehlen. Ohne bessere Überwachung und Support-Richtlinien ist es unmöglich, einer solchen Plattform zu vertrauen.
I supported the Neo PS1: Ultra-Short Throw Smart Projector campaign, and initially, everything seemed to be going well. However, after the campaign ended, things took a drastic turn.
At the end of the campaign, I was charged not only for the product but also additional fees for taxes, shipping, and a projection screen. I remained patient and kept waiting. Two months ago, the campaign owners informed me that I would receive a refund and that the money would be sent to me within a month. It’s now been two months, and I still haven’t received any refund.
I understand that Indiegogo is a crowdfunding platform and not a marketplace with purchase guarantees. However, I believe that the additional charges for taxes, shipping, and the projection screen should at least be safeguarded by the platform. Unfortunately, Indiegogo provided no assistance in this matter and showed complete indifference.
Moreover, the campaign owners have ceased all communication. This situation has seriously made me question both the credibility of the platform and the campaign owners.
I no longer expect any resolution from Indiegogo. But I will not use this platform again and cannot recommend it to anyone. Without better oversight and support policies, trusting such a platform is simply impossible.

Zero rating - scam and scam complicit
Zero rating. The company allows scammers to create campaigns that lead to the development of no products, but collect money from backers without ever honoring the obligations. IndieGoGo absolved themselves of liability, while this company collected $3.5 million, read the Be You Chair campaign, section with user comments.
If you want to throw your money out of the window, do so, you'll get at least some satisfaction from that, but never back anything on IndieGoGo, they're complicit to scams amplifying this behavior by seeming a reliable platform.
UPDATED: See below IndieGoGo generic response, which says nothing. It sounds good, congrats on typing so many letters, but in practice you offer zero protection. How can I manage my risks after I sent the fraudulent campaigner the money? I have no power, and you provide zero security. I did write you directly, and your colleagues responded an equally generic response of 'please contact the campaigner' which I did and wrote your colleagues as well that there is no refund and no communication with the campaigner. What can you do from here? That is why your whole platform is a bluff, it offers no protection once you transfer the money to the campaigner. By continuing to apply the same rules to campaigners and backers IndiGoGo became an enabler for scammers.

We won't use Indiegogo ever again.
We recently made a contribution through Indiegogo to PLX devices and then subsequently requested a refund within the refund request cut off date published by Indiegogo. Even though the request was before the published end date they said we had to take it up with the campaign owner. The campaign owners then took 3 weeks to process and reject the refund request stating it was out of time, even though the original request was in time. Both parties do not answer any direct questions when you challenge them with a breach of terms. Indiegogo's main concern is to try and absolve themselves of all responsibility. It's a shame because I believe in the concept but from all the dissatisfied customers and questionable business ethics going on via their platform I think a new platform with an honest consumer centric approach will soon dominate the crowdfunding space. And this is only one of the campaigns that we are left out of pocket with.

Buyers beware, no protection from scams, no real validation
Buyers beware, I was scammed on a campaign. Money went out, updates stopped coming and Indiegogo facilitated the robbery of $125,000 from about 1,000 people. What came out of the investigation was basically that the company had done no due diligence on the campaign funder, provided no assistance in getting in contact and told everyone to pound sand. Do not use this company. They didn't even refund my "indiegogo tip".

Leider keinerlei Schutz gegen Scam Projekte..
Ich habe auch schon mehrere Projekte dort erfolgreich abgeschlossen und die Perks erhalten, die Idee ist ja auch sehr gut. Nachdem aber nun mit dem NeoPs1 Beamer 1400 Unterstützer über 300.000€ verloren haben, durch einen sehr simplen Scam, kann ich die Seite natürlich nie wieder benutzen und auch nur davon abraten. Die Scamer haben wohl angeblich nur eine Website aufgebaut und eine Kontakt Mail angegeben, und das war genug um eine Kampagne zu eröffnen. Nachdem das Geld nun eingesammelt war und ein wenig Zeit vergangen, gibt es keinerlei Kontakt mehr und die Kampagne ist geschlossen. Indiegogo hilft hier wohl nicht weiter und es ist ein Unding dass die Sicherheitsmechanismen zum Aufstellen einer Kampagne wohl so simpel zu überlisten sind... Sehr schade.
Falls sich doch noch etwas ergibt bin ich froh darüber meine Bewertung hier ins positive zu ändern. Doch wie es jetzt, nach ein paar Monaten aussieht, wird es hier kein happy end geben.

So far, so good—except for the color quality of the beamer. This is not as expected and a little bit unnatural. Otherwise, it would get 5 stars.

Do not invest anyoney on that platform. They simple don't care about backers they only collect money from campaign owners. I'm like ment others in a situation where campaign looks like fraud. Campaign owner collected around 400 000EUR and there is no support from Indiegogo to sort out that issue. Each backers lost minimum 350eur and nobody cares...

NEVER trust Indiegogo - scammed and NO support
One should never trust a campains on Indiegogo. (Well, almost no campaign). Their platform is within their knowlegd being abused by scammers. Once they collect the money, they disappear. Backers that express critical reactions are marked as 'refunded', but they never get the money. They do this because that way, you no longer can react on the campain site. So it's impossible for backers to stay in touch and react. And Indiegogo does not care at all. There is no support at all, just standard 'go away' answers, just like the one they post under every bad review here. They do not care for the crowdfunding-idea at all, only for the profit they make on transactions. So even criminal activities are allowed within their policy. They show no shame, and leave many backers disappointed and with a disbelief in crowdfunding. Indiegogo's policy should be judged in a court of law! A shame for all that is about crowdfunding! (and @Indiegogo: thank you in advance for the standard answer you will post below)

利用規約は詐欺を行ったプロジェクトオーナーに有利なため、絶対にそのお金は戻ってきません。
あまりにも腹が立っているので、プロジェクトオーナー及びプラットフォームの運営元を刑事告訴する予定です。

Bottemless Money pit
Paid for 5 projects a total of around 500 euro and only one was send (70 USD) don't use this platform. Use kickstarter instead, more reliable.

I have contacted Phillips multiple times and their customer service is nonexistent. I would not recommend dealing with this company. They used my money for their production, and they could care less about who I am.
