Insomnia Cookies Avaliações 

Disappointing. A dozen cookies were ordered on Sunday, 2/11. The order promised 2-3 day delivery. UPS said they delivered the cookies on 2/14, but the recipient did not receive them. I contacted Insominia for help - no reply. Their site had locations that did not match the location on the order. Strange.
The cookies were delivered today 2/16. Will I use them again. Uh, nope. I'm done.

What makes this review great about insomnia cookies is that they are very trustworthy when it comes to delivery they do indeed have the products that you want only if you're in the right city of course because I missed out the Candy Apple Cookie because I was in Austin where the cookie was not sold but their other products made up the difference.

I ordered cookies for my son at college and he never received the cookies. I sent letters to the CEO and never heard anything. This company SUCKS!!! Do yourself a favor and don’t order from them!

I live in a College Town so when Insomnia Cookies opened here I was super excited. I used to go there frequently what I’ve noticed is, Deluxe Cookies have gone up like 4.15 each they used to be pretty large Cookies. Smaller Portions yet raised the prices as if we wouldn’t notice, I definitely noticed. Went there for my Favorites on Jan 2 the gentleman Working there tried to downplay it when I brought up how small the Deluxe or Specialty Cookies are now. I walked out.

Bought cookies from this vendor a couple of years ago and the were terrific. Just bought 3 today and will never go back. At almost $3 per cookie, they were small, not tasty and soggy. Safeway and Grandma's cookie are better than these. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Only thing sweeter than these cookies was that hunka hunka employee Parker. He was soooo helpful and made sure to really throw it back while making our order. Boy was double cheeked up ngl. 10/10 I’ll be back for the cookies and the cake if you catch me.

Literally the only reason they get two stars instead of 1 is because they promptly gave me a refund when requested. The cookies did arrive super quick considering they were shipped but they were shipped with absolutely no padding so they arrived smashed and in pieces. I tried to eat what I could but soon found that most the cookies were dry as a desert and stale tasting so they sure aren’t worth the price

Ordered cookies 2 hours ago been assigned a different driver explaining that you use a third party. I guess a third party got the first set of cookies and I get to wait 2 other hours for them to get them cooked and ready again. Not a great experience.

I had these cookies for the first time at a WSU event and they were incredible! Someone brought boxes of different cookies (chocolate chocolate chip; M & M; white chocolate macadamia nut) for the department tables and I watched the 4 or 5 dozen cookies on mine disappear. The white chocolate chip cookies were the best I've ever had and I'm told all the ones with real chocolate were amazing, too. Now that I know about Insomnia Cookies in Pullman, I'm worried I'll be a regular 😋!

These were fresh and tasted pretty good. The price is a big much though but I guess most things nowadays are expensive anyway so.

My Great Grandma got salmonella from this cookie, it was an excruciating rage to experience. “Insomnia Cookies” more like “Insalmonella Cookies” 😑…..

Insomnia cookies has made it impossible to get tax exempt. This is the only chain that makes us in fort collins but it is all stores that make you jump through a bunch of hoops. you cannot get tax exemption in any store locations. I called corporate and talked to a girl named Dominique. she was a very rude person to me and she was a supervisor! which says a lot! IF YOU ARE IN FORT COLLINS AND NEED TAX EXEMPTION. DO NOT ORDER FROM INSOMNIA COOKIES. I wish I could give it lower than one star. you need to rethink how you run things in a college town. I am super not happy and will never order from insomnia again and id advise you'd do the same!!

What Amazingly awesome service! The ice cream with the cookies are the BEST IN THE CITY!

Fantastic cookies , fresh still warm ! Very delicious and great customer service. Our order came at the wrong time and they delivered a double fresh order ! I would highly recommend them . 👍

I have been trying to call the store for days I can never get a live person it always sends me to two different mailboxes and both are always full I really would like to talk to someone about a job I currently work at crumbl cookies please tell me how I can talk to a live person already put application in.

I would like to amend my review, from 1⭐ to 2 ⭐⭐. I am leaving my original review as is (maybe one small change), however, the change in ⭐s, is due to fact that it wasn't a horrible experience, just disappointing. The double chocolate mint has potential.

The cookie experience. The cookies were warm. To start, the girl that helped me had the attitude of a very unenthused and bored Wednesday from the Adams family. Whether or not a sale was made, had no importance. I asked about different things, and was responded to with one word or a blank look. The most conversation I got from the Wednesday carbon copy, was when I asked about the insomnia chocolate buttercream. I was told that it was "their version" of whipped Nutella buttercream. Sounds good right! I order that and she grabs a container and disappears. Comes back about 4 minutes later with this small container of thick, and when I say thick...mess. I also ordered 3 scoops of ice cream, chocolate and birthday cake, to watch Wednesday compress into another small container. The last to add is 12 classic cookies into a box. Now for the grand total of $32.75 (given to me in two receipts since she left the buttercream off), I expected to be amazed. Or at least impressed. No such luck. The cookies, some very sweet, the others just basic soft cookies, didn't measure up to any kind of nostalgic moments. Which is what you want in an amazing cookie. Alas, these were just expensive, basic cookies. The ice cream, smh. Even worse. The buttercream mess, was just that. No, my dear people, no whipped Nutella buttercream flavor here. Just an extremely thick, extra sugary, chocolate mess. You have to heat the buttercream mess up in the microwave to get it down to lava thickness. I don't recommend this place to anyone thinking this is going to be an exceptional cookie, or experience.
Just because you're in Baylor area, doesn't make you Baylor quality.

Order was wrong , over 30 minutes past time past order time when I placed on line stuffed 12 cookies in a small box broken and stuck together and two other cookies In a bag and I took pictures of how they looked and for the price 12 cookies was stuffed in a box for 6 . Every time you call voice mail full and can never speak with someone.

Everytime I order delivery they always leave my food on the ground instead of knocking on my door.

I placed an order of the 6 pack in Carrboro, NC and the cookies we delivered cold, not even room temperature. I called the store to complain and the young lady who answered ended up putting me on hold and then disconnected the call. The very last time I ever buy cookies from them again!!
