Do NOT order from this company no matter what- almost 26 hours later and still NO cookie delivery in DC/ 3 miles away from the store. And they are fighting the refund/ the worst ever!!!

Took 6 days to deliver. Ordered for Boone, Ia location and order shipped from Minnesota location when there supposedly is a Insomnia location less than 40 miles from Boone. Doubtful order ever delivered to recipient based on FedEx "dropped at front door" delivery comment. Delivery was to a hospital location and I have doubts it was accomplished. Pricey for probably stale cookies!

We were there in Grand Rapids at Insomnia on Saturday the 5th at 330 the lady taking my family’s 3 different orders was completely rude and in my opinion done right bitchy! I’ve read many reviews and this place is run by a very unhealthy owner we will never spend money there again and will spread the word!! Overrated forsure!!!

My son Thomas Terry has been trying for over a month to get his w2. He has left messages and emails without any response. It is like no one is answering the phone. After this week I will let IRS know so they will be fined.

This is has not been the first time. I ordered at 10:24 PM and I called at 12:00 AM to ask about my order and they said that it was on its way! after half an hour I got a message saying that my order was delivered when it was not! I called again and they said it must be a mistake and it shows in their system that it is still on the way! I have been patient and calm even though my order was more than 2 hours late. And then at 1:25 AM I called and they said that they were close and I should reschedule my order to some other day or just cancel! the audacity to say that after I was waiting for more than 3 hours is just fascinating! DO NOT CONSIDER THEM

One of the absolute worse experiences I have had with delivery. Service was terrible, delivered over and hour after order was place. Had to call and speak to managers from out of town that stated they couldnt even get in contact with the store. They immediately call back (coincidently) and say they dont have the flavor I ordered and they driver just left and will be back in 10 min and then my order will be sent out. Still nothing 1:16 minutes and counting.

They were so rude!! this lady rolled her eyes at me and threw her hands up when i misunderstood her! she was so unnecessarily rude.

I ordered insomnia cookies for my cousin who just lost her husband- I wrote a short note with our names to my cousin. After the order went in it totally cut off the message and our names. I immediately called customer service- it took 45 minutes they said they would add the message. The cookies were delivered today - on my email receipt our names were missing- so my cousin who is going through a lot has no idea who they are from. How unprofessional. I called and they refused to let my cousin know - and give me 10 dollars which I refused. So sad- I should never ever order from such an unprofessional place- beware- they tell you they will fix it but completely ignore it- after spending 45 minutes trying to fix it-no fault of mine but there website that is not an easy place when you are busy. Sad my cousin- has no idea who the gift was from. Worst place- and terrible customer service - below rating- negative 10- they just want your money and don’t care about the customer or the people they are sending the cookies- money making racket- very very poor customer service- so very sorry I ordered from them. You will be sorry- if you order from them- fake operation and very cold.

i was recently at the location in Kansas City. We had a few issues with no social distancing and the line was so long. after we waiting for 45 minutes we got to the register to order when we found out that they did not accept cash from costumers. there was no sign on the entry way door to tell the costumers. also the staff was not very friendly.

How do you run a business that is primarily a delivery service but not deliver beyond a couple miles? If other food industries have figured it out why can’t Insomnia Cookies?

Placed a v large business order for Xmas. Sending to many clients. They offer no business, large order discounts and no assistance for business customers. Way overpriced for old cookies. Eating a hot cookie in the store is a novelty. Order cookies to be delivered, they are stale and not very good. The incentive points earned only can be used to but more stale cookies online and cannot be used in store. Not a great experience

Nothing beats fresh cookies delivered in less than 15 mins. You place an order online and a delivery driver is at your door asap with a box of fresh and hot cookies. What's not to love?

NEVER order from here! Have been waiting over 5 hours and still have not received my order!
When I try to call the store they hang up on me. When I tried to make a complaint it won’t let me through email!

I'm in Tennessee and have sent cookies to my daughter in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan via the Insomnia Cookies website. The cookies arrived to her apartment door on time, fresh and with my personal message on the receipt for her. I Will definitely order again. I wish there was a location closer to me so I could enjoy them.

Do not order online: you won't get your order. I received a notification that FedEx delivered the order my friend had sent to me, but my leasing office (the only way to get boxes that don't go in the P.O. Box) did not get it. This happened twice. I tried to talk to a customer service representative, but their response was "File a complaint with FedEx. We can send another box." There was no option to provide feedback to them about this.

So my friend spent money for a product that was not delivered--twice. Just don't bother with their online service.

Best service ever and delicious! Cookies were hot and ice cream was cold! It was delivered within 10 minutes!
