Really informative team. I spoke with Tom Render, he was patient and considerate. Buying a new car was pretty daunting but it’s important to do your own research on the car and process.
There was some specific info about the servicing which I found out after I bought the car. I only saw the physical car on delivery. All looking good and driving well. I took it to a garage for an independent inspection- all good.

The refund of your deposit if you changed your mind is not automatic.
I had to call the next week to chase and they said “oh sorry we did not process the refund!” so make sure if you change your mind that you chase your refund or apparently it will never show in your bank account.

I purchased a car from this company after being reassured the car would be in good condition. I noticed an issue with the breaks within the first few weeks. Despite raising this concern multiple times and being advised by family members in the trade to get it looked at, the issue still hasn't been properly addressed. I've called several times without much progress, and my email outlining my concerns has yet to receive a response. Very disappointed with the quality of the service I’ve received from what I believed to be a reputable and trustworthy company.
Would not advise buying from here!

Dealt with by Michael, Andy & Abigail with the most utmost respect, concern and friendliness from the start until the end. By the nature of these people in how they dealt with my queries and needs, I can tell these employees genuinely care about their customers through guiding them with their knowledge, expertise & experience. AsSalamu 'Alaykum. This is a message for my brothers and sisters! Intrest in Islam means an increase for a delay in payment, and the contract this company has, there is intrest in it but they call it fees for delay in payment. So my advice to you in not to by from them until they take that out of the contract as they didn't have it in the past.
