PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! It is a scam . We almost missed our flight and were left waiting on level 5 car park 6 north terminal for an hour. When the car was finally picked up the driver spoke no English - someone else picking up at the time warned us their car was left in the short stay car park and they had to pay £480 to get out of the car park and had waited 3 hours for their keys,

When we arrived back after a week one lady had been waiting 3 hours to get her car to be told it was In The south terminal but they didn’t know where her keys were. Our car arrived after 2 hours we were lucky but another families car was still in the same place they had left it they waited 3 hours to get keys and had a £480 bill to get out of the car park.

We were constantly told lies on arrival time and one guy ran away from us so he didn’t have to talk to us . The driver of the car told us to call the police. Very disappointed that Gatwick would not help and held no responsibility for letting this company run in their car park and did not even offer to waiver the car park fee . Do not touch this company !

Awful service. Don't answer calls on the single number provided. Staff are unmarked, collect and delivery the car with long delays of nearly an hour, and to top it off disabled my dash cam & stole the SD card then denied it.

After informing your team that I had arrived, I was initially told in the baggage hall that my car would be ready within 45 minutes. After waiting and hearing nothing, I called again while waiting in the car park and was then told there would be an additional 30-minute delay. Despite this, I still did not receive any update, and when I called again, I was met with an unprofessional and rude response. I was incorrectly told that I had not informed you of my arrival and was asked to wait yet another 30 minutes.

In total, I waited over two hours for my car to be returned, despite clearly explaining that I am pregnant. The lack of care, communication, and professionalism shown throughout this experience is completely unacceptable.

To make matters worse, when my car was finally returned, it was in a poor condition. I had ensured the car was clean prior to handover, yet it was returned absolutely filthy. Additionally, the boot hinges were damaged, which is extremely concerning.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! Stay away!!

Over 40 minutes to drop off car when trying to catch a flight with a 3 and 5 year old and then over an hour to collect the car following our return flight. They charge additional fees of £10 at drop off and £8 collection (so an additional £18 to what was quoted). We used an alternative company last year and it was such a smooth process, there were numerous irate customers at both drop off and collection. I certainly, sadly, couldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Don’t book with this provider.
We called as suggested (when we had our bags) and were told it would be one hour (not ‘within 60mins’ as stated on their card.
It ended up being 1.5hrs we had to sit and waste time. No communication and very rude and dismissive on the phone.
Van was handed back as it was and it had only done 10 miles since drop off so there’s that.

Do not use! Absolutely appalling service and even ruder staff. First off they were late collecting my car and then when landing I was told it would be a 45-60 minute wait. When questioning this time out of spite he threatened to put the waiting time to 90 minutes.

Also check the Ts&Cs as they claim to only cover up to £2k if they damage your car which is shocking.

Please don’t make the same mistake I did - go elsewhere.

Terrible experience. Car took over 3 hours to be returned to me after I first rang them when my plane landed. Repeated phone calls got me nowhere, with very rude staff, constantly hanging up on me. I am a woman in her sixties and I was on my own and I thought I would never see my car again. At one stage they said my car was in the South Terminal (I was in the North) and they were waiting for a bank card to get it released. When they eventually returned it they left it unopened on another level, with the key left on the tyre, no explanation at all. One other family who were with me waiting eventually got their key after 3 1/2 hours and had to pay a £420 exit fee for the car park.
They are a criminal, incompetent company causing great distress to customers and they should be banned from operating at Gatwick.

This was the worst experience I have encountered.

Upon arrival we had to wait for 40 minutes, then to be told we had to pay car parking charges? A service that should have been included with the ticket price we had previously paid. A £14 Ticket should be refunded. We then had to pay a further £8 to leave the parking facility

On arrival back in the uk, we found our car however had to wait for just shy of an hour for a key for the car that hadn’t moved.
I will be following this matter up with trading standards

I used this meet and greet service at Gatwick on 2nd April and had a very concerning experience.

My vehicle was handed over at 7:10am with a working dash cam that records continuously. The footage shows one of their drivers entering my car at 16:18, and from that exact moment onwards, all recording stops.

When I returned to my vehicle, I found:
- The SD card from my dash cam had been completely removed and is missing so it’s not recorded whilst in their care.
- The dash cam had been physically moved and pushed towards the windscreen
-not to mention the parking fee going in and out of Gatwick whilst also paying for the meet and greet.

I also have evidence showing the dash cam was recording throughout the day on 2nd April, followed by no recordings at all afterwards.

I have contacted the company, but they have denied any involvement. Given that my vehicle was in their care at the time these issues occurred, this is extremely concerning. I will be reporting it to trading standard and to the police for theft. If it’s not resolved I will then be taking legal action.

I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this service.

UPDATE: No response received from the company following formal complaint. Matter has now been reported to police.

I would give it no stars if i could! Absolutely terrible service. Waited over 2 hours for our car and ended up having to spend 137.00 on a taxi back home as they told us our car was stuck behind another car. Promised to refund taxi fare and booking fee but are now nit answering my calls to get this processed! Spend the extra on a Gatwick approved firm!

Booked this "meet and greet" service at Gatwick through Compare the Parking comparison website. The company was advertised as Premium Gstwick Parking which turned out to be IPark, which turns out has 143 exclusively 1 star reviews on Trustpilot. (Now 144) We missed our flight due to a 50 minute wait despite calling 30 minutes prior, as stipulated, the driver who eventually turned up had no ID of uniform, no clear instructions except we had to pay the parking ticket (£14) before he'd take the car . After missing our flight the car was left in the car.park for us to pick up, unattended with the car key on the back wheel and another unpaid parking ticket (£8) we had to pay to leave the car park. Apparently a refund has been requested from the office by the person on the phone which ive chased up, heard nothing. Nothing from the comparison website either as to why they would list ipark as one of the first suggested options. Except an email asking me to review the service.

This company is a joke. I waited for over 80 minutes to get my car and every call chasing ETA was met with lies. Use at your own peril as this is the WORST meet and greet company in the country!

They charged me an extra £10 when they took the car, £15 when I collected it and also handed me a car park ticket which cost a further £8 to exit. .
The dashcam alerted me on the day we were travelling home that it was being fiddled with ( can see a fella switching it on/off) judging by the less petrol than on drop off I can only assume that was to erase any evidence of where the car had been. . Husband believes they just leave vehicles parked off road in and around local areas.
Please, avoid this scamming company ~ the 1* reviews speak volumes. . I consider myself lucky just to get the car back in 1 piece.

It is actually a scam.
When calling up to collect our car the person on the phone said it would be at least 45 minutes despite the advertised 25-35 minutes, which isn't a major delay. But he then started to tell me that I could send him £20 to his PayPal and he will then get the car there in 20 minutes, which I think is just a cash grab but I actually agreed to pay as it was late, but he never sent the link through for payment and when I called back 10 mins late he said that he can no longer offer the "express" service and it would now be 45 minutes from this conversation, so a total of 55 minutes for the car to get there. Tried emailed a complaint and no response, then tried to call the number on the website and it is disconnected. Will be reporting

DO NOT BOOK with this company unless you want to be severely delayed and your car damaged. Rude manager on the phone, sent a driver he clearly found off the street as the driver was unsure where the car was located, we waited over 1hr for the people to collect the car when departing and an hour and a half for the car to be returned. Will be reporting to trading standards because the whole service is an absolute shambles!!!!!

What A Pile of Rubbish This company is We waited 2 hours for our car to arrive And it Came back extremely dirty and they took out the SD card from. Our dash cam Never booking with them again Also our car was parked in the STREETS in Horley And had 40 more miles on the car.

Car took over an hour to arrive when it eventually arrived it ws smothered with thick dust INSIDE...rear seats were put down. Car had obviously been park with windows open.

They are thieves, when I booked the parking they said airport drop off fees are included but they made me pay on the when I dropped the car, stuff are rude and aggressive, they have no respect for people, plus they stole my car phone holder. Please don’t book with them

Late to pick up car causing an almost missed flight. Looked on Trustpilot whilst on holiday and spent the last 2 days sick with worry. On arrival the car was on time thank god but still had to pay car park exit fees not mentioned. I’ll never use an unofficial service again and wasn’t aware this was the case. Companies house report says it all.
