Avoid this company. I had made order twice and both times they let me down. Every time they have problems with stock (even if it set as available on the website) and delivery company but they will not tell you about this UNTIL you don't call them by yourself after 3-4 full business days.
So if you are trade person and you need something to make a jon for your client - you'd better find another supplier because this "family run" company don't care about you.

Awesome speedy service

Was about to place a large order with the company, I phoned to ask a simple query at 9am this morning prior to placing and was met with an astounding level of rudeness. I asked the name of the person I was speaking to and was told no and the phone was slammed down. Absolutely shocking levels of customer service from a company that claims to be a family run business. Needless to say I will not be placing an order with them now, or ever in the future. Would give 0 stars if I could, I am still reeling from just how disrespectfully I was spoken to, I have never experienced such poor customer service.

Visited the website to find items I needed. Items were advertised as 24-48 hour delivery no mention of any processing times just 24-48 delivery.

Items purchased on Thursday evening and expected delivery by Monday (48 hours). With no sign of any tracking details on the Monday I emailed on Monday to follow up and was advised that items had not been dispatched and would be leaving that same day for delivery tomorrow but they could not provide any other details until tracking number had been allocated. They advised that technically Friday was the day to process the order and it would be 24-48 hours from Friday.

Poor customer service as they could’ve offered a before 12 delivery slot to appease the issue but chose not to and basically said, it could be anytime the next day for delivery.

Not clear on the items listed. Pretty poor when advertising an item as 24-48 hour delivery when it could easily be amended to 72 hours to factor in their day to ‘process’. Factor in the mis advertising on their website when ordering items.

High quality products with quick delivery. Have not fitted them to kitchen doors as yet so cannot give a full review yet...but appear good quality and exactly what I wanted. Would recommend.
