I have bought many toys from Jaques
I have bought many toys from Jaques and have always been delighted. The toys are well made and well thought out. I am an early years teacher and their educational toys are perfect. From the moment the beautifully wrapped parcel arrives you know you are in for a treat. My granddaughter has loved everything so far!

Disappointing customer service
I have no issues with the products that I purchased but I do with customer service. I qualified for a free gift but didn’t see the box that had to be ticked until I paid. I emailed straight away but there was just a terms and conditions response of having to tick the box first. In my opinion, if you qualify for a free gift it should be added automatically. I feel the box was purposely unclear until purchase was completed.

Fortunately the toy was not a present as the box was badly damaged.

What a wonderful company! I’ve just ordered and received a selection of wooden toys for my new grandson. Everything is so beautifully made, and the packaging is a work of art in itself - lovely boxes tied with ribbons, with little storage bags inside and a note to say who packed it! Absolutely stunning!
