Awful after service
Quality of the product was good, not all of the product was in the battered box, when I told the company, they wouldn't take it back, and just offered me 20% off, very poor after service, I'm sure what I got ( the Boules Set) was a return, they hadn't checked it, and just sent the smashed box on. Also they use Evri, the worst delivery service ever, this was a expensive item, I'm very disappointed.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that the outer delivery box arrived damaged in transit, and we completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially for an expensive item.
Having reviewed this further, we understand that the damage was to the delivery box and that the Boules Set itself was not damaged. We also understand that there was concern that the set did not include individual bags for each boule. These are not included with this particular product, so we were unable to provide them for you.
After reviewing your communications with our customer service team, I can see that you were offered the option to return the item for a full refund. However, you chose to keep the item and accept a 20% refund instead.
Regarding delivery, we do offer a choice of couriers at checkout, as we understand that customer experiences can vary depending on local areas and preferred services.
We are sorry again that you were disappointed with the overall experience, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Good delivery and nice products. One of the toys has a hammer and a bit concerned that the wood may be too soft my one year old grandson has dented it considerable after one week. However, I do like your toys.

Harrods grade gifts for a fraction of the price! All wonderfully presented with hand tied bows and bespoke packaging.
The range is well made, not the single use stuff from China thats swamped every industry in recent years.
Only improvement would be a slightly faster standard delivery.

This store has everything you need to entertain and educate a child with colours numbers etc the toys are exquisite , well made and so much fun . They get sent out with instructions for multiple ways to play . Love this shop

Great experience-high quality product
Great price, really excellent quality. Bought a chess set for my daughter and her first reaction was "oh wow, this is the kind of thing you keep for life and pass down to your children".

Disappointing customer service
I have no issues with the products that I purchased but I do with customer service. I qualified for a free gift but didn’t see the box that had to be ticked until I paid. I emailed straight away but there was just a terms and conditions response of having to tick the box first. In my opinion, if you qualify for a free gift it should be added automatically. I feel the box was purposely unclear until purchase was completed.
