What a wonderful company! I’ve just ordered and received a selection of wooden toys for my new grandson. Everything is so beautifully made, and the packaging is a work of art in itself - lovely boxes tied with ribbons, with little storage bags inside and a note to say who packed it! Absolutely stunning!

First time, but not last time, buyer
What an absolute treat.
I ordered Mexican train dominoes. Not only were they on sale but they were dispatched the next day and arrived so beautifully packaged that I almost didn't want to open them.
They were packaged in a tin which was inside a brown box with a beautiful insert with a note saying hand packed by Phoeboe. The brown box was wrapped in a lovely bow.
It's so special to receive something so personalised in this day and age.
Highly recommend Jaques.

Great products let down by Evri
Products are 5*. Evri delivery is zero. Got the notification that “package is with us” with no update or delivery day for two days. Notice said they would make three attempts. Then package delivered without warning while I was away and left outside in the rain. Not worth the hassle. Shame, because I would love to buy more.

At checkout, customers are able to choose from a selection of couriers, and Evri is never our only delivery option. We appreciate that experiences can vary depending on local areas. While many customers have very positive experiences with Evri, we do understand that this is not always the case, which is why we aim to provide choice wherever possible.

Despite entering delivery address - different to billing address - the system defaults to billing same as delivery.
Noticed this straight away - contacted customer “service” straight away .
Got very unhelpful “service” , the result being my granddaughter did not get her birthday present.

Thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry to hear how upsetting this situation was, especially as it meant your granddaughter did not receive her birthday present. We completely understand how disappointing that must have been.
Having looked into this, our website does not automatically overwrite the shipping address with the billing address. In some cases, if a saved address feature is being used within your browser, it can auto populate fields and replace the shipping details. This function sits within the browser itself rather than our website.
Once an order has been processed by our warehouse team, it is unfortunately not possible to amend the delivery address. Our warehouse operates on different hours to our customer service team, and by the time your email was seen, the order had already been processed.
We are sorry again for the frustration caused and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. If you would like to discuss this further, please do contact us at gameon@jaqueslondon.co.uk.
