Very impressed
So impressed with Jacques. Such a lovely selection of beautifully made wooden toys and games (in particular the backgammon set is gorgeous). I love the gift wrapped boxes too. It's a shame the contents are emblazoned on the boxes though... You either have to wrap the boxes again or cross out the words with a marker pen! Customer service was top notch. I didn't realise I had to add the advertised free gift to my online basket so of course it was missing from my order. When I queried its whereabouts, customer services explained I hadn't added it as I should have done but then they immediately despatched one to me. That's real service. I love their sustainability ethos too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jaques to others.

What a wonderful shop! I first heard of Jaques via Amazon and then I found the Jaques website. I'm in love with everything and have bought most things for Xmas gifts. I'll leave reviews when they've been opened. No need to wrap them because they're already beautifully wrapped!

Very easy ordering ,excellent tracking & communication .so beautifully packaged I didn’t want to open it .
The toy was bought early for Christmas so was left in original packaging & haven’t been view but I’m positive it will be superb .

Still waiting for your delivery #664341, if you blame the couriers change them…too many “sales”, I doubt the value of a purchase because of so many sales and discounts, poor marketing.

The item arrived in a damaged condition and was totally unacceptable to give as a gift. I reported this and was told I wasn’t eligible for a refund as the actual toy was ok. I was extremely angry as I have bought things before on several occasions. Never again though.

Toys are well made and good value. Lack of customer service at weekends left me out of pocket. My phone defaulted to an old address. I tried to contact Jaques immediately but no service at weekends and Evri unhelpful. Parcel delivered to old address and unable to resolve.Would much prefer Jaques used Royal Mail. Also find the deluge if e mail offers extremely irritating.
