The customer service is excellent
The customer service is excellent. I had an issue with Evri delivery and within three days of contacting JAQUES of London my order was resent and received using a different courier thank you. The toys are excellent quality at great prices (my career was in pre school education) I definitely recommend and will be buying again.

Lovely Christmas Gifts
The toys are lovely and reasonably priced. It’s great the team quickly resolved a query with the order. The only reason the review is not five star is due to the packaging- these plastic free sustainable toys arrive wrapped in single use plastic unnecessarily.

Bought a couple of things they seem very sturdy, did have an issue with one item but when I told them they replaced it very quickly. The service is absolutely brilliant.

I made an order today, I then received a confirmation email and a further mail with a discount code for 30%
I immediately contacted customer services to ask that the discount code be applied or that the order be cancelled so I reorder using the code
As I have now read from other customer reviews I was told once an order has been there could be no alterations I was also told that if a return my order it will be at my own expense
In my view this is appalling customer service and I am amazed that this company has so many 5 star reviews

Our 30% off sitewide discount is displayed clearly in several places on our website prior to checkout. It’s likely that you received the email with the same code because you opted into our marketing emails during the order process.

Wonderful toys to choose from
Wonderful toys to choose from. Item arrived very quickly in a beautifully wrapped box. As it is a Christmas present from our 2 year old granddaughter we haven't opened it, but from past experience know it will be much loved.

I love all your products
I love all your products there very well made unique and reasonable priced - they arrive very well packaged looking great I must say tho that when ordering several items at a time when they arrive I had no way of knowing what was which item so I had to unwrap them them to find out which was a shame with them having been wrapped so nicely

Please stop using Evri
Why companies continue to use Evri I don’t know. At least the parcel arrived… ( the last 3 haven’t ). but slighty damaged. Not sure if toy is damaged inside beautifully wrapped parcel… have to wait until Xmas.

Poor customer service and delivery
I received an email asking me to write a review. I still have not received the items I bought. They have clearly been lost but Jaques of London wanted me to wait 10 days from date of purchase to see if they arrive. It’s now likely I won’t receive the items in time for the birthday I bought them for. Very poor customer service and delivery.

My item was meant to be delivered on…
My item was meant to be delivered on Saturday 1st November, it is now 6 days later and it has still not arrived ! I have chased Evri although they said it would be delivered yesterday this has still not happened. I know this is not Jacques fault but not sure why I have been asked twice do review and item when surely there records must shoe the item has not been delivered!
I will be calling Jacques for a replacement item
