Disappointed with one item but good customer service and received a replacement today.
I have sent an email about the damaged calendar I received and am awaiting a reply. The calendar was NOT adequately packaged and I believe that is the reason for the damage. I have ordered many items from this company and this is the first time I have had any complaints.
After reading the reply from Jacques of London I contacted them again (using the email supplied in the reply) I received an immediate reply and today received a new one in perfect condition. I’m assuming there was a problem with the in house ‘contact us’ as I have always had brilliant service in the past and all of the products (at least 20 in the last 2-3 years) have arrived promptly and in perfect condition. All of my purchases have been very popular with the recipients.

Not even received my order said 2 day delivery and now 9 days.later still not arrived a d it was for a birthday present and the birthday has now gone if i had known you use evri i wouldnt have ordered in first place they are the worst i would like my money back

I've been buying from them but through amazon. Good I was able to find across to order from them directly!! I'm always happy to buy their toys for gifting because of the quality and very nice packaging!! They are aways consistent through the years !!

Ferris wheel arrived faulty
Ferris wheel arrived faulty. The cross bars are all parallel but sloping. My disappointment is with the lack of response from you. I intended to purchase more toys as Christmas presents but the silence from your customer care department and the strange lack of a telephone number for your company has me concerned about your credibility.

Very Disappointed
Unfortunately, the thumb holes to slide open the dominoes boxes are very crudely finished. I will have to remove the clear wrapping and sand them to avoid splinters. They are meant as gifts!
