The trophies arrived in good condition and as ordered.
The only thing that I would say is l asked for a quote and then when l chased it up l was told it was ready.
I used to be given a price which I would accept so your communication is not great now.
I wasn’t even told that the trophies were ready.
Mathew was very good at communicating which you seem to have lost something.
I’m thinking of using someone else next time.

We are pleased to hear that the trophies arrived safely and were as ordered, we were disappointed to read that you felt there had been a lack of communication and that this may affect whether you order from us again.
We were particularly surprised by this, as we made several attempts to contact you throughout the process. It is possible that some of our emails may have gone into your spam or junk folder.
For clarity, we sent the following:
* 07/09/2026 at 10:01 – We sent a quotation and asked you to let us know if any changes were required. This was the Monday following your initial enquiry on Friday 04/09/2026.
* 15/09/2026 at 10:30 – We sent a further email and also copied in your Treasurer, but unfortunately received no response.
* 21/09/2026 – We contacted you to confirm that the order was ready. At this point, we proceeded because we did not want to risk letting a long-standing customer down for their event.
We completely appreciate that communication can sometimes be missed, and we apologise if our emails did not reach you. However, from our side, we genuinely believed we had made reasonable and repeated attempts to keep you informed.
We always do our very best to accommodate our customers, particularly those we have dealt with over a long period of time. We process hundreds (sometimes thousands) of orders each week, most of which are placed through our website. This allows customers to confirm exactly what they require, see the price and place the order themselves before we proceed.
When enquiries and orders come through by email, it can be more difficult for us to know how to proceed when we don't receive a response. We are then faced with a choice between waiting for confirmation, which could potentially mean missing an important event deadline, or proceeding to ensure the customer receives their order in time. In this instance, we chose to proceed because we did not want to let you down.
We are always happy to accommodate customers who prefer to order by email where we can, but unfortunately this situation highlights some of the difficulties that can arise when we are unable to obtain confirmation.
That said, we are pleased that the trophies arrived safely and in good condition, and we genuinely hope the event goes very well.
Sadly, we do not have a phone number on file for you, there was no phone number on your email. Please be assured that we did make every effort to contact you via email several times - but in the end we took action to ensure your order was completed in time.
Apologies if this was not the correct course of action.
We have taken your feedback on board and will ensure nothing is started in future without a confirmed order.

I’ve used Jaycee Trophies for a while…
I’ve used Jaycee Trophies for a while now and they’ve never failed or let me down, the website is easy to use and navigate around and when you need to contact them they reply quick via email and if you need to speak to them directly on the phone they are very professional and helpful. I will continue to use Jaycee Trophies in the future as they work is great and the customer work I’ve had done with them has always been amazing and when the item gets delivered it always looks so much better than the proof they send you. Thank you for a great customer service and experience I highly recommend you to everyone.

Very nice and responsive company
Very nice and responsive company. The trophies are great but I thought I was getting all glass and the stars on the trophies are actually silver plastic. They still looks great but not as classy as I'd have liked. One had some slight denting in its star.
