I made an initial query about the availability of the small wheels underneath our Totem kitchen bin. Unfortunately these aren't available as spare parts, however our customer service agent, Kokila, said if I could provide proof of purchase and photos of the product and the part required, they would check if it was still under warranty. I wasn't expecting it to go anywhere as we purchased the bin in 2019, however Kokila confirmed it was still under warranty and much to my surprise, issued us with a £200+ gift voucher! Aside from the gift voucher, Kokila's customer service was excellent - when I didn't respond to the first email, they prompted me to provide the required documentation and processed the gift voucher less than 24-hours later. Thank you Kokila - excellent customer service. Thank you so much.

I had an issue with my Joseph Joseph Milltop grinders, as the base was very difficult to open and some salt continued to fall out after grinding.

The customer service was very helpful and friendly throughout. Mariela handled my case especially well and arranged a full refund, which I really appreciated.

Overall, a very positive service experience. I’m giving 4 stars because the product itself didn’t fully meet my expectations, but the support was excellent.

have been a big fan of Joseph Joseph for a long time and have bought many of their products through Amazon. I love the design and quality of everything in my home.
Recently, I had a small defect with a bathroom soap dispenser where water was getting trapped on the side. When I contacted customer service, they initially told me to go through Amazon. However, as soon as they realized Amazon couldn't replace it, a customer service agent named Kokila stepped in immediately.
Kokila provided an incredibly fast reaction, verified my warranty, and resolved the issue by sending me a store credit right away. I am so happy with how quickly they turned things around and stood behind their product. Great customer service and amazing products—highly recommended!

The person I spoke to was friendly and understanding. She offered to send a replacement for what I perceived to be faulty item. It was sent next day delivery. I was assured if any further issues they would refund if necessary
Hopefully thst won't be the case as I like and need the item.

Je connais les produits Joseph Joseph depuis un moment déjà. Ils sont esthétiques et pratiques même si un peu chers parfois, mais c'est de la qualité !
J'ai eu un petit souci sur un produit (cela peut arriver) et j'ai vraiment été très bien accompagné par le service après-vente, notamment par Mariela qui a été géniale.
Franchement, hormis les prix peut-être excessifs sur certains produits, je ne trouve rien à dire de négatif sur la marque Joseph Joseph dont je continuera à suivre et à acheter les objets du quotidien... Ludovic N.

I have a kitchen full of Joseph Joseph stuff. I keep buying them for their colourful looks and they stand out a lot. But that’s all. They are all impractical for even light use. I have complained about other things directly with them but they always send out the same copy pasted messages of receipts. So this is to warn everyone that thinks just because they are expensive they will be of a higher quality, these items are purely for show and not to be used just like Alessi, but these are all plastic so should be a fraction of the price. I am going to show what has happened to a set of chopping boards that I paid more than £50 if I remember correctly. Within a month they had deep ridges and don’t heal. They have discoloured to a pale white in the middle. They are supposed to be for chopping and not just to look at. These are unfunctional as intended. If you need to use something regularly just pick up a £10 wooden one and keep these on show. Customer services is impossible to deal with as emails just ask for the same thing all the time. Take it back to the retailer. I still end up buying just for their design but this is a warning that you will never be able to use it.

I have bought many products from Joseph Joseph and I have been very happy and satisfied every time.
In my last order, one item was missing ( first time it happens) . I got in touch right away, got response fast. All checked and missing item is now being sent to me. All this within 2 days.

My phone call was answered within 5 mins spoke to George regarding a replacement ironing board cover as we couldn’t find one online. Asked to email a pic of the label, George emailed me back with a couple on links for a replacement. Great customer service

I cannot praise JosephJoseph enough. Slight mishap with my 19 year old son cooking dinner and my brand new, never been used, still with packaging, salad spinner. Quick email to JosephJoseph to ask if it was possible to purchase just the parts that were now melted - Annalise at JosephJoseph responded and was amazing! I was gutted about my salad spinner, my son felt bad about my salad spinner, I then felt sad that my son felt bad! Annalise turned our frowns upside down! Thank you again!
